Shenron the Eternal Dragon

"Come forth, dragon! I call upon you the grant my wish!" said Pilaf holding his hands above them like he was casting a spell. "Eternal dragon! Arise!" The already dark sky filled with clouds as lightning struck around the area. One large lightning strike struck the Dragon Balls as they exploded outward with a blinding light that snaked it's way through the sky forming the seemingly endless body of the eternal dragon.

Shenron fully formed into his massive and intimidating green dragon body, his body wrapped around the clouds, looked toward Pilaf. "Who has summoned me?" in a deep voice that made Tora feel like his insides were shaking. "Uh, that would be me. I did." said Pilaf sounding freighted. "Tell me your wish, but beware for it will come true." Tora flew full speed at Pilaf. "Now!"

"All right then, I'm ready. I wish for uh-" "HA!" Tora shot a Tiger Strike at Pilaf, Shu, and Mai and all three of them flew away thirty feet disoriented and confused. "Shenron, I wish I was a Saiyan!" Shenron growled and his red eyes glowed brightly before he disappeared and all of the Dragon Balls shot into the sky before spreading themselves around the world.

Tora felt his body changing, he felt sick as he fell over onto the ground. He could barely retain consciousness from how disoriented he was, it was like he was learning to walk all over again. He moved his arms slowly, his legs, his tail... "I have a tail!" Tora struggled to control how to move it but all his limbs felt foreign right now. Tora looked mostly the same, with the exception of his tail and his hair which now seemed messier with some spikes to them.

Tora eventually stood up "Oolong, come here or I'll shout the magic word!" Tora knew Pilaf would try and imprison him with the others, he needed to leave now. Oolong who had been hiding near by came up next to him surprised Tora knew he was there. "Heh good work kid I-" "You're my eyes, stick with me." Tora made sure his eyes remained closed, it was a full moon tonight and though the clouds should be blocking it currently he couldn't risk killing the entire cast of Dragon Ball.

He got back on the Nimbus holding onto Oolong so he didn't fall through the magical cloud and flew away. "Oolong let me know when I'm higher than the trees." With Oolong assistance they flew for enough time to make it impossible for Pilaf to find them for the night, and enough distance to be safe from inevitable rampage. Tora brought the Flying Nimbus down behind a mushroom tree.

"Kid listen we gotta go back and save the others." he said. "I can't Oolong, by now they've probably been recaptured, and tonight's a full moon." Tora. said. "So what? Come on kid, they're our friends!" Tora was surprised to hear this sentiment from Oolong, he must have really bonded with them during the adventure. "Listen, on a full moon something happens to kids with monkey tails when we see the moon. We turn into huge uncontrollable monsters. I'm gonna have to keep my eyes closed the rest of the night, I can't save anyone right now."

"Seriously? What do we do then?" Oolong asked. "We wait until Goku looks at the moon, he'll destroy that whole castle. You're gonna be my eyes again I'll grab Bulma and Yamcha's hands and you and Puar can fly next to us to get some distance, once it's morning Goku will turn back to normal." Oolong had serious reservations about Tora's plan but with nothing he could to do help them now he eventually agreed. "Wait since when did you have a tail?" he asked. "...All boys have tails Oolong."

Within the hour Oolong watched the castle as Goku rose out of it in his Great Ape form, he had started his rampage destroying the castle. "What the.. kid it's happening!" Tora grabbed Oolong and started flying toward the castle, Yamcha and Bulma get away just fine in the original events of Dragon Ball but Tora wasn't leaving anything to chance.

"Kid, I see them! Go down and to the left." Oolong lead Tora to where they were, flying without seeing was very stressful and he let go of Oolong "Turn into a bird Oolong! Bulma, Yamcha, grab my hands, now!" Tora put both of his hands out and he felt the weight on the two pull on each of his arms. "Tora! Where have you been! We could have died!" Bulma started complaining but Tora ignored her and followed Oolong's directions. They landed a large distance away from the castle.

Tora kept his eyes closed as Bulma asked question after question ending with "And why are you keeping your eyes closed?!" Tora pointed toward the sound of Goku's destruction "I don't want to turn into that." he said. "What do you mean, you... What is that on your butt?!" she asked. "My tail." he quickly responded. "How long have you had a tail?!" Yamcha and Bulma asked simultaneously. "This whole time, you really hadn't noticed?" Tora lied.

"Does that mean, you turn into a monster too?" asked a nervous Yamcha. "Only if I look at a full moon, again that's why I'm keeping my eyes closed tonight." "Unbelievable there's two of them.." said Bulma. From here the gang, expect Tora, saw Goku battle and easily take out Pilaf's attack plane as they crashed far away.

They all sat under a mushroom tree until morning when Goku reverted back to his normal state, Tora had to make some cover lies in the meantime about how he had originally taken off hoping to find a plane that they took to escape with the Dragon Balls with the Nimbus and only just arrived to interrupt the wish. "What did you wish for anyway, it sounded something like-" Oolong began asking. "Plan! I wish I had a plan, I couldn't think of anything in the moment." Tora tried to laugh it off. "And that counted? What a waste of a wish.." said Bulma.

Eventually in the daylight they found a naked, snoring Goku, Tora put him in a Tiger School gi as it was the only clothes they had in Goku's size. "He looks normal enough..." said Oolong. "I don't think he'll be normal unless he loses the tail." said Yamcha. Goku stirred and woke up "Good morning everyone!"

"How are you feeling Goku?" asked Tora. "A little light headed, why am I wearing your clothes Tora?" he asked. "You don't remember anything do you Goku?" asked Yamcha. Tora got lost in thought again. "It worked! Everything worked as planned!"
