Waking up in the next morning, Xiao Lan began to cultivate like always, it had been already 2 months since he broke through the 5 stars dou zhi qi and it won't take long before breaking through the 6 stars.

After spending the early morning cultivating and eating his breakfast, he went out to continue his plan to have a good relationship with Xiao Xun Er, he didn't want to approach her too haste, that would be counterproductive and she will be wary of him although they are young don't forget she was sent to Xiao clan with a mission, so she is by no means a normal 4 year old girl.

Walking to the back mountains, using the same road as always he passed by Xiao Xun Er's yard hoping that he would meet her.

His luck was pretty good as he saw a cute little girl walking around alone.

Seeing that his chance was there Xiao Lan walked faster.

"hallo cousin Xiao Xun Er"

"cousin Xiao Lan, are you going to the back mountain for training?"

Seeing the boy with short black hair and sky blue eyes in front of her Xiao Xun Er was a little happy because of yesterday's incident the caring words he said to her about locking the door coupled with indifference of rest of clan who were respectful to her but knew that she was not from the clan so they stayed away from her which made the kindness and care from Xiao Lan more important for her.

And Xiao Lan was very good looking which also deepened her good impression of him.

"yes, I am. What are you doing cousin Xun'er?"

"well, I am walking around to become familiar with clan. It had been already more than 2 weeks since I came hier but I was ill and didn't have a chance to walk around yet. It was actually Xiao Yan's duty to take me around today but I waited for him the whole morning and he didn't come"

"oh.."

Thinking of Xiao Yan's reaction Xiao Lan is sure that he afraid that he and Xun'er would say what he had done yesterday to the patriarch and he would be beaten so he choose to hide in his own place.

Knowing that no one was taking care of Xiao Xun Er, Xiao Lan asked if he could take her around and show her all the important and funny places in the clan.

The two small and cute kids walked around until the evening

where Xiao Lan brought Xiao Xun Er back to her yard looking at her pale and tired face, Xiao Lan had some pity in his heart because he knew that she would have a weak body for the next few years because of the Golden Emperor Sky Burning Flame in her body.

"cousin Xun'er I have already cultivated dou qi and one of my dou qi types is wood which can help you with your weak body if you don't mind I can use my dou qi to nourish your meridians which may be helpful"

After listening to what Xiao Lan said Xun'er hesitated a little before nodding "then, thank you cousin Xiao Lan, how are going to this?"

"you just need to let me hold your hands and I will take care of the rest"

Xun'er nodded expressing her understanding and let Xiao Lan hold her hands, after a while she felt a warm feeling going through her body which made her fatigue less and her body more comfortable.

After half an hour Xiao Lan let go of Xun'ers little hands and looked at her face which looked better than before.

"cousin Xun'er if don't mind I can do this more often for you, it's also very helpful for my cultivation because I need to control my dou qi better and after consuming my dou qi my training speed will be faster"

Feeling much better than before Xun'er hesitated for a moment before agreeing to Xiao Lan's.

in the next time Xiao Lan's days were the same, cultivating in the morning, body training in the back mountains and a bathe in the hot spring at noon, playing with Xun'er in the afternoon and helping her nourish the bones and meridians in evening before going home and cultivating for a while longer and then sleeping.

Two years later.

Xiao Lan who was cultivating woke up and opened his eyes, stretched his body and went out the yard to enjoy the sunshine.

"brother Xiao Lan..."

Before he could reach out a small figure jumped into his arms.

"Xun'er how many times have you done this if I don't catch you, you will hurt your self.."

Xiao Lan a helpless look on his face.

"hum...lt doesn't matter I know that brother Xiao Lan will always catch me"

In the past two years the relationship between Xiao Lan and the now the 6 year old Xun'er is very good thanks to his physique his wood dou qi is much stronger than others which made Xun'ers body much better after being nourished by it for two years.

"brother Xiao Lan you promised that you would play with me today, I want to go to the market and eat a lot of candy's and food.."

Listening to his little foodie Xiao Lan smiled and nodded.

After playing with Xun'er for the whole day Xiao Lan went home and prepared to break through the dou zhe level, it has been already 3 years since he got his memory's back and started cultivating and he very eager for this break through because after that he can finally use the Black tower in his dantian.
