Reincarnated Dungeon Master: I am the Weakest Villain

Max was an avid gamer playing an erotic game called ⟪Dungeon Breaker⟫ Upon finishing, he briefly thought of wanting to experience the game world crossed his mind, but he didn't think it would happen to him. The company sent out a review request, which he accepted. It was a simple browser with various multiple-choice questions; sometimes, the music became distorted when he answered. Maybe it detected his lies, or he liked both answers. Once he finished the last question, something attacked him. He hit his head on the corner of the desk before his neck was snapped by the remote control truck on the ground. He woke up in another world, the world of the game he had just reviewed, the erotic RPG ⟪Dungeon Breaker⟫, but he was not the hero. Rather, he was the weakest dungeon master, who died in the tutorial. Asmodeus, the lord of lust, was an incubus that could only use fire magic and couldn't equip any weapons. "I will never die to those foolish Heroes. Even if I can only use fire, I will burn them to death!" Follow Max, who abandons everything and dedicates himself to improving himself to fight against his nightmare handicap, as he battles heroes, demon lords and the dungeon masters to become the strongest dungeon master and god of magic he aspires to become.

Interview With A Future Dungeon Master!

—Dear Verion-Inc. Your Erotic RPG was rather satisfying, but the Dungeon Masters were far too soft, lenient and forgiving despite being called the most "Horrible" existences on the planet.

On several occasions, they would let the heroes heal up or escape the room to regroup and plan how to beat them. Why was this? Because of this single reason, I am unhappy and will only give this game a 3 out of 5!

The sound of my fingers tapping the enter key to send the message to their live review support.

Although the game was pretty good, whether it was the heroines or their lewd scenes.

I must admit that my tengo got a lot of usage time due to the amazing sound effects and voice acting.

*Beep-Boop*

I received a Live response from the chatbot.

Moving my mouse to the second monitor and closing the website for new releases, I clicked and wondered what they wanted.

[Thank you for reviewing our game, ⟪Dungeon Breaker⟫. To further improve the sequel to the game, we chose you for a special survey. Participants will gain a free copy of the sequel when it launches!]

Like most AI chatbots, it was a simple reply that was programmed.

Honestly, the sequel offer was tempting, so without anything else to do, I clicked the link without a second thought.

"The sequel, but didn't we save the world when all the Dungeon Masters were killed?"

It wasn't the most adventurous Dungeon-capturing RPG—rather, ⟪Dungeon Breaker⟫ was a game I had played because my main eroge was delayed for 6 months.

Take the role of Leo, the hero and crush the evil Demons destroying the world.

The game was far too easy that it was strange facing the first boss, a Dungeon Master (DM) called Asmodeus. He was known to be a slave to his manhood, only having one element of magic and low physical status...

It was the easiest game of my life.

However, the more times I repeated the game as each heroine needed you to start from the beginning, unlocking with each clear... The game became harder to the point where even the useless boss could one-shot the entire party with one spell.

I sometimes wondered how to cheese the bosses—maybe there was a special pattern to winning?

Yet what made the game eerie was the NPCs that supported the hero would remain the same as the demons got stronger, making the world feel desolate and the odds impossible to win as it was the hero versus all the Dungeon Masters!

*click*

Pressing yes, the screen loaded slowly—I assumed it would ask me boring questions about the game's Difficulty and if I liked the graphics and other mundane things. ⟪Dungeon Breaker⟫ was a very strange but fun 6 months, helping me get through my mother's death.

The browser suddenly changed, and eerie music began playing. A slightly distorted version of the games BGM played.

On the black screen with castle texture was a question.

[1. I prefer to play games on easy]

[2. I love games on Nightmare! Let's fight to the death!]

"Strange..."

The second answer seemed more vibrant. As if someone different typed it, but I am not a serious gamer.

It doesn't shame me, but I like story mode to enjoy the Erotic scenes faster.

Feeling a bit embarrassed, I looked around before pressing number 1. If it's too easy, can't I increase the Difficulty?

Once I answered, there were many general questions, such as "Do I like red or blue?" and questions asking my gender and age.

Then, another strange question came.

[1. I would defeat the enemy with my body]

[2. I would burn them with my powerful magic.]

Without pausing, I chose number 1.

Because I liked to work out and fight at the local MMA gym, that didn't mean I was super muscular and strong. Somehow, the warrior path was always my favourite.

[1. I like women with large breasts and a mature look.]

[2. Flat chest is justice!]

"!?"

This question was like a sneaky left hook out of nowhere!

I didn't need to think because the answer was only one from the Start. Nobody in their right mind would select number two. Lolitas are illegal, and Lolicons are just people with mental health problems.

What an irritating joke. It ruined the flow as I leaned back on my chair, the toy truck set moving on the loop I had built in my spare time as it circled my entire room with its amusing horn blowing every hour like a clock.

[1. I like to spend time with my friends.]

[2. I find solace when alone.]

Although playing games and masturbating is amazing, sometimes it's great to hang out with boys and do stupid things... We are on a ticking clock, and you become 'too old' one day to get away with those things.

So I picked 1.

It was then that I noticed that the music became more distorted for some questions and now sounded like a horror video when those people on MeTube read the creepypasta stories...

So far, the questions it did this for were about my taste in women, playing on easy mode, hanging with my friends, and my body.

I felt unsettled by the music as I noticed the castle texture also seemed to seep blood every few minutes in a loop... But the blood wouldn't refresh and was now covering half the page.

Somehow, I wondered if my answers differed from what was true or what they believed to be correct. However, I couldn't do anything as when I clicked with my mouse to close the page it didn't work...

Ctrl+Alt+Del and Alt+F4 didn't work either...

"Oh shit..."

My heart was racing as I started to move around, my chain and headset getting tangled, but I knew how to avoid it easily.

The blood finally filled the entire screen as a huge question appeared.

[Do you know what happened after the end?]

[Yes]

[No]

For some reason, this question caused me to stop in my tracks with my eyes focused on the text in bold and headline size.

"The Games  Ending?"

Dungeon Breaker.

The band of jolly heroes fight against the evil Dungeon Masters draining the planet of all Mana.

A simple story likely related to the current global warming crisis by the developers to garner more interest and money.

"But then..."

I realised something after playing through all 8 of the heroine routes—not once had there been an epilogue, text or information after the credits. A lonely song plays as the background shows a huge crumbling meteor...

"What happened after the end?"

The eerie music fueled my mind to "Conspiracy theories" on the forums... About how the Dungeon Masters were providing the world with Mana, and without them, the world would become a dried husk without life.

"Meteor... Crumbling... Husk."

It was true that Dungeon Masters didn't have a mana bar but could throw out spells almost endlessly, even on the hardest setting. Then what if that meteor was the planet Erguda, and once we killed the final Dungeon Master Valefor...

The world ended or slowly ended as the world's ecosystem collapsed, spreading war, pestilence and death.

Suddenly, I felt that feeling again. As if somebody was watching me...

Then I saw it.

Two eyes watched me on the screen as my hand clicked the [Yes] box to assess whether I was lying or being truthful.

A final question was asked. Not written, but asked with a distorted and demonic voice that could never be a god.

Somehow, I felt the design team had done an amazing job! But I was terrified...

"Do you think you could change that ending? To stop the fall of the Dungeon Masters?"

How would I achieve that? Stop the humans from hunting the Dungeon Masters? Impossible. Not to mention the riches they gain, but the church would kill me and choose another hero, and that's forgetting their constant wars, increasing the need for the dungeon's riches.

What if I created a force...

My mind was racing as those eyes never blinked or moved from my body, causing my skin to fill with bumps and my spine to tingle.

"I repeat. Could you change the ending?"

And what did my retarded self do?

"Yes!?"

Out of a nervous reflection, I shouted Yes before feeling my body tipping backwards, the ominous sound of my Truck honking its horn close to me.

Then, as a click sounded, I also felt a strange pain and crack in my neck.

".....!?"

And everything went dark.

My eyes struggled to open as my body felt slow, slugging and heavy.

It was like having a lucid dream but waking to sleep paralysis.

My thoughts were slow and fragmented.

Then.

A bright light filled my eyes, burning them, and the creature's voice sounded in my head.

[You Have Been Chosen as the 69th Dungeon Master]

[Difficulty set to Nightmare]

[Start]

Then I could open my eyes.

It is lightly inspired by the best KR dungeon Novel in the world: Dungeon Defense.
