2. staying with the Uchiha (1/2)

The next day Isami woke up from her sleep feeling refreshed when she looked at the time it was already 12 mid-day, she tried feeling her body and most of the injury are healed she got up and told the nurse that she would leave.

Just like what Isami suspected the nurse doesn't even bat an eye at her so when Isami left the hospital she didn't know where to go if she went to her home she would not be able to get inside because they are gone '*sigh* where am I going to go?' she then felt hungry she hasn't eaten anything since yesterday she was still recovering she wasn't even given a meal by the nurse, in that time of desperation she bumped into someone thinking that she will get beat up again Isami quickly bow and apologies to the said person.

The person who Isami bumped into was shocked looking at Isami she was bandage and she was having trouble standing the person than ask her

??? : "Isami are you alright, you look in pain what happened?"

when Isami look up at the person she was relief because she was Uchiha Mikoto she was kushina's friend and she already knows Isami, but before she can replied her stomach growls because of hunger she immediately turn her head and blushes it was embarrassing.

Mikoto that saw this can't help but smile and ask Isami if she wanted to have lunch in her home, Isami that heard this look at Mikoto and nodded slowly because she was embarrassed.

When they were walking Mikoto notice that Isami walk slower than her it was probably because of her injury it looks like she was in pain from moving, mikoto being a caring and loving mother offered Isami to be carried on her back.

At first Isami rejected but once she walked and stumbled she was nagged by mikoto saying that if it hurts to walk she has to say so and after that Isami was forced to accept her offer, when they were walking to the Uchiha's compound the civilian that saw Isami with Mikoto started to glare at Isami with hateful and disgust eyes she didn't even flinch at their glare she was a soldier that has gone to many battle so Isami just ignores them, Mikoto however notice that the civilian was glaring at both of them she thought that is there something wrong she doesn't understand why they glare at them.

She was still thinking why they were glaring until she heard something that shock her, she heard that the civilian are saying that Isami wasn't even the fourth hokage's daughter and she was just a nuisance even if the hokage claim she was her daughter Isami didn't looked like Minato the prove was her eyes, minato have blue eyes while kushina has black greyish eyes but she has violet eyes.

Now this made Mikoto motherly instinct kicks in and she wanted to know what happened why are the civilian saying those things and what actually happened to Isami, when they arrive at the compound they were greeted by the Uchiha civilian and shinobi.

The uchiha was quite friendly even if they act arrogant but it was pride nothing else and Isami being greeted by a warm smile was kinda Happy she was never greeted like that on this life that is.

When they arrive at Mikoto's house They were greeted by itachi that is playing with little sasuke, Isami smile at them she always wanted to do that but in her past life she doesn't have any family and in this life they ignore her because of the shinigami's price for sealing the kyubi.

Mikoto brought Isami to the dining room to wait for her to prepare lunch, Isami complied and sit there waiting for Mikoto to prepare lunch and of course she's not alone Itachi help his mother to prepare Lunch for them while little sasuke was there with Isami.

when Isami was deep in thought, little sasuke looked at Isami and her injured arm so Isami being alerted Immediately look at sasuke direction and when she does sasuke was giving a cute expression a smile to her so she just couldn't help herself and ruffle Sasuke's hair.

Sasuke being still 2 years old smile at Isami and lean on her, Isami just smile warmly at little sasuke's antic and Start stroking his hair and of course being still 2 years old he smile just like naruto in canon and looked at Isami with the most cutest face ever.

From the kitchen Mikoto and Itachi saw that interaction smile and chuckle at them then Mikoto ask Itachi did he know any event that involves Isami, Itachi ponder a bit and said that he heard rumors about the civilian beating a red hair with violet eyes girl that's it he didn't know if it is true or not but when he looked at Isami he immediately said "maybe it's true mom, but better ask dad for a confirmation" Mikoto nodded at her son when she looked at Isami having a warm smile on her she felt hurt thinking that what if the rumors are true but she cast that a side and ask her husband later.

Right now Isami was still stroking sasuke's hair but she got bored so she thought that if she sing then sasuke will listen quietly, when Isami sing a song she knows in her previous life sasuke was listening and he was getting sleepy and he slowly went to sleep but Isami wasn't finish singing after she was done she close her eye and looked through the memory of herself to see what she has suffer for 2 years.

Little did she know that in the kitchen Mikoto was trembling she was crying because of the song Isami sing it was about love that one cannot receive it's basically what Isami felt, Itachi on the other hand was thinking what would happen if sasuke's life was just like that song he begin to feel sad but seeing his mother was crying and trembling he begin to console his mother.
