For Congo and Sona the week has been very difficult and enjoyable to get to know one another for the most part Sona was living conformably in his knew lifestyle however Congo is ready to leave the new world and make lots of memories at the grand line. The training for Sona has been quite hellish the same as congo's but harsher he had to eat lots of meat to get some meat on his body also he had to do 200press ups 300 sit-ups 500 sword swings and run around the whole ship with Congo every day the first few days for Sona was hell and it still is but he got used to it bit by bit and that's how the weak went by meat training and all over again.
