Chapter 23 - Torra

( This chapter is for Torra, the first soul who got reincarnated. Also, for the most years to come until the first fight of Goku and Beerus, that will be the time when Akuma will appear.)

'Ugh... Where am I?' Torra thought, looking around. He saw was a vast forest spanning many mile away with a long pillar at the center.

' Is that the Korin's Tower!?' Torra thought in excitement as he run towards the Tower in a fast speed. His appearance resembles that of Yuno from Black Clover but he has Brown Hair and Green Eyes, unlike Yuno who has Black Hair and Amber Eyes.

Arriving, Torra looked around and trying to see some beings around the vicinity but the only thing he saw was a hut, a dilapitated hut.

" So, this is it huh... The journey of becoming the Guardian of Earth." Torra muttered and put his hands towards the pillar. Climbing was hard for Torra as it is his first time but eventually, He gets the hang of it and as time passed by, it becomes easier to climb and this also makes him stronger than before because of his Absolute Regeneration. Making his muscle tear, repaired immediately and with his Absolute Potential, he grows stronger and faster.

Arriving at the place where Korin is currently residing, Torra walked leisurely as if he is just taking a scroll. A white cat, walking in two legs with a staff at his hand, gripping it. Was standing and seemingly waiting for Torra to arrived.

" Welcome, Warrior. What can I helped you with" With an amiable smile, Korin said, still holding his staff and eating a fish in his other hand.

" Warrior? But I am not a Warrior. I am just a human who climbed up for curiosity." Torra said, lying while Korin just smile and with a wave of his hand. Sent Torra flying, making his back hit the wall.

" Don't lie, I know one as I lived longer than you. If you are not a warrior then you're Ki would not be so big and refined. Plus, your muscle is compacted as if you can punch my whole existing into nothingness. So, what's your purpose of coming here, Young Warrior" Korin asked again, while Torra pat his pants from the dust.

" As I was saying, I am not a Warrior but a normal human. I am not lying to you but I also did not tell you the whole truth and I want to keep it a secret for now. Until I can trust you, for the time being. Please help me become stronger for the threats in the future that will arrived on earth. I cannot tell you that much as it would cause a massive change in the future and I want to keep it minimal" Torra said while walking towards Korin.

"Also, I can give you many fishes as you want throughout the time of training me. That would be my payment for you. Deal?" Torra said, making Korin contemplate and eventually agreed.

' Yes! Korin agreed to train me. Now, I can finally access those mystical energy called Ki and fly while shooting a Ki blast at the air.' He thought while Korin discussed what he would train to him which he just nod time to time.

The discussion continued until noon, Torra asked Korin if he could stay at his place for a night which Korin agreed and let him sleep at the spare room he had for the Warriors who can climb the tower.

' What a fast day, Reincarnating, Getting three wishes from the God and transported from DBV. This is awesome!' Squirming around, Torra thought as excitement surged in his body. While a battle aura radiates from his body, spreading and reaching Korin who's meditating.

" What a massive battle aura! Just who are you, Torra?" Korin muttered but goes back to his usual self and meditate.

Morning arrived as Korin and Torra has a stand off.

" Torra, today's training would be getting this jar from me. The time limit would be until the sunset" Korin said while twirling the jar using his staff.

Torra nodded and sprinted with his hand wide, trying to grab the Jar from Korin. Korin dodges and trip Torra using his foot. Making him fall to the ground, face first.

" Watch your step, that is your first mistake today. Always stay vigilance from any attack and the intents that the enemies let loose. You will feel it later when you finally had an experience of the intent to attack." Korin said and attack Torra who tried to block his face but was hit at his liver.

" Misconception, always be ready from any unpredictable attacks. Don't always think that an enemy will attack straight towards their intended hitting point. They will guide you with it and this could be fatal for you. This is your second mistake." Korin said, Torra nodded while holding his liver spot. In an instant, his injury was healed.

Torra sprinted to Korin again but this time, he maximize his senses while his Absolute Potential makes him learn things faster. This surprised Korin but he didn't dwell for it could be fatal to him. He feels that Torra is someone special but he didn't know why. That's why, he trained Torra even though he only knows him yesterday.

Ten minutes later, Torra eventually caught up with Korin's speed and finally steal the Jar from him.

" What a genius! You are the fastest of all People I teach. Getting the jar in just 11 minutes from me is an impressive feat. Now that you finally get the jar from me, I will teach you Ki control. This could be your trump card for many martial artist who has not attained how to control Ki. Everything has Ki in them, You, Me, Humans, Animals, Plants, even a planet has one. But, the user of Ki who can control it is only limited and I am one of those people who can control Ki. Let's start tomorrow as I have a mission for you and that is getting me fish, a Big Delicious Fish. Now, Hurry up and Go!" Kori. shouted, Torra nodded in a hurry as he jumped down, falling towards the ground.

Torra who was falling, immediately grip the tower, sliding through it until he arrived. Running, he arrives at the Ocean in two hours as it is quite far from the Korin Tower.

Throwing his shirt, he dived towards the water and swam towards the Fishes he sees and catch the big one. Going back to the shore, he wear his Shirt and run back towards the Korin Tower and finally arriving with the fish at his back.

Climbing with a fish proves to be difficult as the fish is quite big, ranging from five meters in width and 8 meters in length. But, with his absolute potential. His body changes to lift huge objects as if it is a normal thing while climbing up. He finally arrive to Korin as he handed it to him.

" Good Job, this fish is quite a top quality. You can rest now while I cooked this for our lunch today" Korin said while a saliva drops from his mouth. Wiping it with a towel, he looked at Torra as if threatening to not say a word about it.

Torra just nodded weakly as he slumped at his bed in exhaustion, not physically but mentally.

" My wish is the best, with my absolute potential and absolute regeneration, I can just abuse it with no consequences and I can also lived forever. Making me an immortal in a sense with my Absolute Regeneration." Torra muttered, eventually he fell asleep. Korin arrived at his room and see that Torra was sleeping peacefully. He smile as his mouth salivate.

" Heh, Since you are sleeping then I can have all the fish." Korin then ran towards the cooked fish and finish it with a blissful face. Patting his stomach and finally fell asleep as well.
