David thought towards Luo Ren, but as expected, he couldn't get his thoughts and word across to the other person, David was essential a mute, and felt frustrated with having no means of communication in this world.

Though it wasn't David's place, if he could talk to Luo Ren, he would absolutely berate him into some senses of his own. Luo Rei's face when Luo Ren fell down the steps was unsightly, and David felt that it was the feelings of a true bond of an elder sibling towards a younger.

If David thought that his sister died back on earth, how would he feel? But since, Luo Ren wasn't dead, shouldn't he clarify and confirm this fact with his sister before running off god knows where, instead of letting Luo Rei feel sorrow and dread every minute that goes by.

Luo Ren road another mile across the core sect area, luckily he hadn't come across any other cultivator, though Luo Ren is the youngest child of the Sect Leader, it was common knowledge that he wasn't favored, hence he had difficulties trying to advance from the outer ring, to the inner ring.

The only way for him to do so was to have overwhelming power, strong enough to beat some low leveled inner disciples, except the only problem was, that he didn't have enough killing intent.

Without killing intent, he wouldn't be able to muster up enough attack force during fights, that means that his combat record was a joke, this is because he prefers to dodge or flee, avoiding anything related to violence altogether.

But his second sister, Luo Ru has no problem with violence. To Luo Ren, she is a cold and distant sword wielding monster, trained heavily to kill all enemies that stood in her way when she was just a small child.

Luo Ren blamed his father for this as he effectively killed his second sisters childhood altogether with her positive emotions such as compassion and love.

Luo Ren had rarely seen her smile, except when she was with her maid, he guessed that they had a relationship closer then that of a master and servant, perhaps they were close friends behind closed door?

Luo Ren had to at least thank this sword maid one day for repairing his sisters emotions while bringing her closer to the light, slowly shredding her cold blooded persona.

But he doesn't expect this to happen anytime soon, but anyway, he was glad that there was someone who was able to get close to Luo Ru, so that she wouldn't be alone anymore.

After a while, David mind began to wonder, so now he was leisurely minding his own business, trying to figure out which feature was the one to hold the much needed function, devour, but then he thought, if worse comes to worse, he could just upgrade every feature once.

But who knew what the future holds? He may need to save mp's just in case a life threatening incident occurs, because what if he were to be attacked? Every bit of mp can delay the inevitable until one of his masters save him, well the more reliable owner would be Luo Ren, but that doesn't matter.

What matters is that in this early stage, mile points shouldn't be used carelessly, although he used quite a fair bit before, he vowed to be careful from now on and squander and save as much points, for emergency uses only.

'Hmm, which feature would most likely hold the devour function, wait... What's going on?' David thought with a baffled expression, he felt his body stuck in place, as if an invisible hand was keeping him shackled in place.

"How is my favorite young master doing? Why are you leaving so soon?" A voice echoed throughout the area, David was at a lost of thought, he found that Luo Ren and himself was frozen in place in a secluded area near a small garden and a duck filled pond. But David could tell, that they were still inside the core disciple area.

'Damn this is bad, what if this is a trigger-happy arrogant disciple? Wait, why does this voice sound familiar?' David exclaimed as he pictured a person in his mind.

"Whose there? Come out" Luo Ren said with a grim expression.

"Don't tell me you have forgotten your sisters fiance" An aggrieved man came out of the shadows, he was feeling hurt and wronged at the way Luo Ren spoke to him.

But to David, he instantly saw through the mask of this man, the man who wanted to serve Luo Ru his dragon peach tea, this was someone who is excellent at concealing his true intentions, is good at controlling his expression and his composure in front of others, but when people turn their back to him, he shows his true face.

Such as the incident after Luo Ru refusing to drink his 'tea' while she and her maid made their way to their immortal cave abode, turning their backs towards Tao Min, David was the only one who saw his true face, it was scary and hideous, like that of a closeted monster.

"Ah, so it is you young master Tao Min, sorry, I haven't see you in a long time" Luo Ren said in surprise, though his eyes twitched as he didn't want to have anything to do with this man. The gravitational pressure made him sweat droplets from his smooth opal-like forehead.

"When I look at you, I sometimes confuse you with Luo Ru, but how can you two compare? You look more beautiful than your sister" Tao Min said while showing his white pearly teeth, and waved his hands affectionately as to remove the shackling force that was keeping them in place.

"Hehe..."Luo Ren laughed forcefully with a wry smile, he winced as Tao Min scanned him from head to toe with his overbearing gaze.

"My apologies for that, I was just resting out here and felt someone sneaking up on me, who knew it would just be you, Luo Ren" Tao Min said with an apologetic face.

'Goddamn it, does this man want to take both Luo Ren and Luo Ru into his harem? Is none of the siblings spared from this devious man? How about Luo Rei? I'm sure he wouldn't mind tasting a plump marshmallow every once in a while, but oh my god, a harem of Luo's...Would the old man, Luo Han not be spared as well?' David shivered at the indecent thought and wondered what the heck this Tao Min guy wanted this time.

"So... What brings you here?" Tao Min asked in a carefree tone.

"I was just visiting both my sisters, but now I'm just returning back to my dorm situated in the outer ring, but then I was stopped by you..." Luo Ren said with a nervous expression.

"Ah is that so? Anyway, doesn't that artifact look familiar? Oh, that's right, I saw Luo Ru's maid carrying it from before" Tao Min stared at the David with an interest.

"Oh this? Just a small gift from Luo Ru for me and Luo Rei to share"

"I recall that it looked a little lackluster before, and now it is a little shined up" Tao Min said with a weird glint in his eyes.

"Yes, it was Luo Rei's idea, you know how she liked pretty things, but she can't really ride this mount due to physical problems, so I'm just taking it for a test run" Luo Ren said with a nervous expression.

"Uh yeah, how is Luo Rei doing?"

"She is doing alright..."

David could feel the awkward tension between the two, he felt that Luo Ren was taken off-guard and didn't know what to do in the presence of Tao Min, and Tao Min was also at a lost of words, forgetting what he was going to do in the first place, as his gaze continuously linger on Luo Ren.

"I just remembered, I'm expecting a tea date with your second sister, I better go before the brew turns cold, and also, you can come to me if anyone bullies you, I have your back" Luo Ren just nodded in return, before Tao Min dissipated into a gust of smoke, lifting up the cold veil that fell before them in heartbeat. Luo Ren could finally breathe as he sighed in relief, and took of once again towards his destination.

'That was weird, I wonder what Tao Min plan was? Perhaps it was something perverted...' David thought briefly before turning his attention back towards the bicycle system.

The basket went from milky light oak, to dark brown, and that Luo Ren noticed this with an a stunned expression, but he kept on riding faster and faster, racking up more mile points and rider exp. This was until they both made it towards the inner ring from the core area, and ran into trouble.

"Hey look who came crawling here, pah! Look at this weak sissy and his new toy!"

"Haha, lets take it from him and beat him up"

"He sure looks like Luo Ru, maybe if he bends over, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference hehe"

'Ah? What is going on?' David was dumbfounded as he saw many inner disciple coming out to surround Luo Ren, shouting out insults casually as if they had done it a million times.
