"I know this project is very important to you. So did Harry. That's why I want to benefit everyone. Because of what?" said Alfin, still calm.

"Because as I said before. I will watch Aimee from behind. I'm so smart! In terms of managing the project, especially the construction!"

Silence for a moment. Zack approved of Alfin's arrogance.

Because there won't be any reason for Harry to give this important job to Alfin.

"But still. You can't delegate the job to her!" said Zack firmly.

"Aimee is a candidate for one of the employees who will be fired this year," said Alfin without a more appropriate opening sentence.

"Can't hire my employees and pay them as I want due to company rules. I also can't keep them if the main says that my people have to stop."

Zack didn't want to show sympathy but he continued to listen.

"That's why I also need your help to make this project a success!" said Alfin.

"She has made 10 mistakes in the last 6 months and 2 fatal mistakes when the mistakes couldn't be corrected. Aimee was being the strongest candidate to be fired unilaterally by the company because that rule was written in her work contract!"

"So you're asking me to sympathize with the plight of your employees?"
