After all, my Suiton is at a pretty high level even for a Tokubetsu Jōnin, but Raiton, in comparison, is clearly weaker and the Chidori techniques are strong mainly due to the amount of chakra invested, rather than the development of elemental transformation. Elemental affinity is the ability to convert your chakra into an elemental form without losing chakra and to use external elemental materials with lower costs. Nothing more, nothing less.
