Familiar

'So my father is a Demon.' Aaron sat on his seat staring at Aurora in a daze. Even Lilly was speechless.

"Demons came out of the gate with Monsters, but most demons didn't partake in the war. But hid from the races, they chose to live a peaceful life. But was still hunted by the soldiers of each race." Aurora said with a sad smile.

"Are Demons still in Elvis?" Lilly asked.

"I don't know." Aurora shook her head and said with a bright smile, pushing all the bad memories to the back of her mind.

"Now, I want to teach you how to summon your familiar."

Lilly's eyes brightened hearing Aurora. "Yey!"

Aaron looked at her in confusion, he really doesn't get what a familiar was, and why Lilly was so happy to get one.

'It might be an extra power, maybe an animal friend.'

The two stared at Aurora as she showed them a silver ring in her finger. "This is an enchanted ring, it has the power to hold your familiar. Everyone can only have one familiar, that's why it's very important to know how to summon it.

"Diamond, show yourself."

Aaron and Lilly stared at the silver ring as it glowed for a second, then a white Baby Dragon appeared in front of them.

"Wow!!" The two exclaimed.

"How are you two babies doing?" Diamond asked with a smile.

"It speaks." Lilly exclaimed in excitement.

"Don't call me "It" child, I'm not a thing; but a pure blood Dragon." Diamond corrected.

"Now, Now, Diamond." Aurora said.

Aaron was stunned staring at Diamond's Information with the all seeing eye.

"Why are you staring at me, Aaron?" Diamond asked, walking towards him.

"Where have you been? Why haven't I seen you before?" He asked with a slight frown.

"My Master sent me on a mission, I returned a month ago. With these." Diamond turned to Aurora, who waved her hand and two golden books appeared on the table.

"This is a summoning book, I asked Diamond to help me retrieve it from the palace." She passed the books to the two.

Aaron took the book, calmly staring at it. Then...

'Huh?' Aaron was stunned, he looked up at Lilly's.

He then turned to Aurora In confusion.

"That Book was given to Me by your father, he asked me to give it to you." Aurora revealed.

Aaron nodded staring at the book which even the All Seeing Eye couldn't see through.

"Now."

Aurora stood up and walked towards the sitting room, she crouched down and started drawing a circle. The two and Diamond stood at the side, watching her every move.

After drawing the circle, Aurora drew countless runes in it. The circle looked ordinary, it wasn't even glowing.

'A lot of Sid energy?' He slowly observed Aurora, seeing her paled face he sighed. 'She always thinks of us without thinking of herself, what a caring mother.'

Aurora sat down on a chair, wiping the sweat off her face.

"Are you ok Mom?" Lilly asked.

"Yes, Lilly. I'm done with the circle." She smiled at them and added: "Put a drop of your Blood on the Summoning book, then step on the circle with it. It'll choose the animal you're most fond of."

"Lilly should go first." Aaron said, removing the dagger which have not left his waist.

Lilly took the dagger and cut her palm drawing blood, with a grimace, she let a drop of her blood fell on the book. Then walked forward and stood on the circle.

Diamond created a wall of Ice around her. The next moment.

BOOM!!

The Ice held back the violent Sid Energy, transferring everything back to Lilly.

Aaron stared as the ice which slowly broke apart, revealing Lilly with a white Baby Eagle in her hands.

'I'm right, A Elite-class summoning book can only summon Elite-class Familiars, who is as strong as the fox and dog we encountered in the forest.'

"Wow!!! You are beautiful! I'll name you Snow!!" Lilly yelled with joy, hugging the baby Eagle who was looking around with a strange expression.

"Your familiar is still a baby, the only way it could grow stronger and bigger is if you grow stronger." Aurora said, rubbing Diamond's back.

Aaron turned to her and was stunned. 'Is she siphoning Sid energy from Diamond? No one tell me it can do that?!' He smiled brightly.

Lilly stepped back from the circle. The three turned to Aaron, who smirk and walked towards it. He cut his palm and let his blood fell on the book, more than a drop.

"What are you doing, Aaron? That's a lot of blood." Aurora stood up.

"I'm ok, Mom." He stood on the circle, while Diamond covered him with her Ice.

CRACK!

BOOM!!!

The three eyes widened as the ice shattered into Pieces, flying all over the place.

"What the?" Even Diamond was stunned in place.

The three and Aaron stared at the Circular Blob in Aaron's hands.

'Are you Kidding me?!!' Aaron yelled inwardly. 'Lilly got an Elite-class Familiar, while I got... Huh?' He was stunned.

"Brother got a blob?" Lilly was stunned.

'A blob? I haven't seen such a familiar.' Aurora thought.

Aaron stared at the circle which shattered and vanished, he looked at the Blob in his hand totally confused, the Blob looked at him with his two big eyes.

'Why are you staring at me like I'm useless? Let me tell you, I can kill you with one bit!'

Aaron was stunned hearing the Blob's voice in his head.

'If you aren't useless show me what you can do?'

'I need to feed, I don't act without eating.'

'Are you kidding me?!'
