Chapter 7

Erica had to attend class today. She was only in her second year this school year. When she got married, she didn't come back to school anymore, because she was shame.

Her skip classes were out of the question at this point. She had to go back to school. If she did not, was she supposed to take revenge on the people that she wants to take revenge off?

<I need to bring back everything I lost this past few years.> Erica got up out of the bed and hurried to wash up her face and she gets ready to go. "Madam," Butler Jo come forward as soon she went downstairs. "Are you going out today?"

"Yes! I'm going back to school today. Where's... Master?" When Erica looked around she didn't see him. she felt disappointed for not seeing him, but she knows at this time he will be at work. "Master went to work early today." Looking at her, waiting to hear why is she going back to school.

"Oh, okay! Can I trouble you to send me to the university?" She asks Butler Jo. She went out of the house after she finishes speaking to butler Jo. Butler Jo did not manage to ask if she wants to eat breakfast first. Ever since she was young, she doesn't good at her studies. Had her father not being paying for the school fees for the sake of his reputation, given her academics, she would have dropped a long time ago.

Her attitude of being arrogant and overbearing ways formed a strong contrast to Rachel she is smart and has a lovely personality. So she always has a worse reputation from home and school. In other people, she only has a beautiful face without a brain.

Well, everything is was doing by Madam Li she didn't correct anything Erica's wrongdoing since she was young. She even put more encouragement to Erica, even Madam Li know it is wrong and needed to be corrected. After a few mins, the car stop in front of the main entrance of the Magnolia Elite University.

Her father cared about his reputation all around the City, so he sends her and Rachel to the Elite School, with the hope that they will be friends with riches families son or daughter. And the benefits will be with him.

At first, she didn't go to this university. Because her father doesn't enroll her. But after the talk that he had to her late mother's family, Her father doesn't have any choice but to put her to the same university as Rachel.

Since she starts studying at the university, she doesn't have a nice reputation, it has been bad since the beginning. And of course, Rachel has something to do with it too. Which makes things worse.

Her great grandfather was a good friend of Lloyd's grandfather. That's why she new Lloyd since childhood. But when he went overseas, she didn't see him anymore. Not until they force her to marry him, and because of that what fainted memory she had to him. Was totally out of her memory.

She is thankful for having a great grandfather who is helping her from behind. Otherwise, she will not have been accepted into this University even with how much money his father offer the school.

"Thank you, Butler Jo, you don't need to pick up me after school. I can get a taxi from here." She said while getting ready to get off the car. "Yes, madam!" Butler Jo thinks that their madam had changed somehow. He remembers how she treats him without courtesy, she never had been polite to him before.

After she gets off the car, Butler Jo recovered from his surprise and took out his phone to give Lloyd a call. Once Erica entered the campus, she looked around. And place felt familiar and unfamiliar to her at the same time.

She never focuses much on her studies and on the University. Because in this university that she meets the most handsome boy on campus. And since that day she always brings something to him, food and gifts. Trying to please him like a fool. Jie never rejected her but never responded either. Because of that, she thinks that she was special to him until, in the end, she came to realize that she was nothing at all.

As the morning sun hits her eyes, Erica looks at the building in front of her. Finally, she looked at the building that she needed to be going to, then she starts walking to the building. <This time, no one will bully her.>

She passes room by room, "My gosh, what a beauty. Hurry up look at the hall there was a beauty that passes in our room. A student said to the next student next to him that looked bored to death. Then a beauty passes the hall of their room. He blinks his eyes twice to make sure that his eyes are not playing with him. And when he makes sure it's not a dream, he shouts out it loud.

They were looking at the doorway, looking for the girl who is beautiful who pass their hallway. "Where is she?" his deskmate quickly looked over upon hearing his loud cries.

"Look, look, I think she is entering our room! She is in our class!!" They were excited and found out that the beautiful girl will enter their classroom. Then the girl speaks when she enters the room. "Excuse me, may I come in?" Erica asked while raising her hand after entering the room of class A.

The professor who was giving the lecture stop the class and look at her in surprise. "How may I help you, Miss?" This was Prof Lee, he was the homeroom teacher of class A. He even knows by the notorious old man. He knows who is this student is, she didn't go to class, so she decided not to attend the class at all. So everyone in the school forgotten who is she.

"I'm here to attend the class, teacher," Erica replied meekly while blushing with embarrassment. "Hmm?" hearing that the prof was surprised. "Attend the class? Are you in the wrong classroom? This is class A. What's your name?"

"I'm in the correct classroom, Teacher. I'm Erica Li, because of some health problem, I stop attending classes a year ago..." Erica explained. "Li, Erica?" So he was right this is the student that he knows.

After hearing what she said, some of the students were in shock. the class was on the hype. "My God, it's really her. She is back." one student to the other. Rachel was sitting at the side of the class, she looked at Erica with a devilish look in her eyes. <Why is Erica back at school? What is happening?>

One of the students look at Rachel and said, "Rachel, didn't you said your sister said she will not come to school anymore? and decided to stop her studies? So why is she here?" her desk mate asks her with a puzzled tone.

"I'm not sure. My sister is doing everything she wants. So no one can stop her from what she wants to do for herself. We can't even control her in our house, I don't have any idea that she will be coming back at school right now, and what changed her mind." Looking at Erica makes her think things.

"How can she act like that? Can your parents do something in her behavior?" One of the students said to Rachel. "She's my sister from a different mother, so...?" Rachel bit her lower lip and act like pitiful.

Younger sister, from a different mother? In her words, the student understands what she means. <So Erica is a daughter of a mistress?> she looks at erica with a devilish look. <How can a daughter of a mistress act like high and mighty?> The student thought about this, and she can't help to feel sorry for Rachel, so she asked. "Why would you be afraid of her? You should teach her a lesson."

Everyone in the University was a son or daughter of a big and wealthy family. So having a mistress is like a pattern to one of the families of the student in that school. So, to these people, a mistress child is a disgrace to their family and they think one. That the illegitimate sons or daughters are after their family inheritance. that's why they don't like illegitimate siblings.

"But, she is my younger sister..." Acting like she is the pit one for having a younger sibling. "What younger sister are you talking about! This girl must know where she stands and be thankful that you guys don't kick her out of the house. And your willingness to think she is your younger sister." one of the students said to her. "Yeah, what will you do if she gets a share of your inheritance because of you being nice to her." The student added.
