Chapter 75: Worthwhile Information

In one of the information scrolls he bought was written the words ' Opposite of Fuxian Lake near Kunming City a new small scale sacred land of Earth element was discovered.'

Kunming City was in Yunan Province and close to Myanmar. Ape type monsters were abundant in that region ranging from forest apes the rarer and more dangerous Himalayan Apes as one went up North.

He had read another report about a new Ape horde near the Himalayas, but their strength were too high for him to even consider travelling there.

Since he made up his mind and spent a boatload of money he rued his luck and tried to find a new team to join on his journey. He was returning from the Hunter Union after selling the information he had in excess and buying few he needed when he got a call from a long forgotten Researcher.

"Hello, I thought you might never call after draining so much of my blood"

"Don't mind all the details, Little brother I called you to tell that the research has come to a fruitful close. My research has been submitted to the Supreme Magic Association in Beijing. I wanted give you a rundown. How about you come to Demon Capital tomorrow?"

Feng Zhuolong had called him to announce the results of the research they did to renact the process and invoke new innate talents. The study seemed to have some results that he bothered to call.

Cao Guang shook his head and thought about a new team since Gao Xuan and Song Xia were unavailable.

Yao Nan was the first person to come in to his mind. The guy was self made and a Hunter. He thought he should find the guy and ask him if he wanted to partake in the search for a some Spirit grade seeds.

Yan Liling and Nie Huan were good choices as well, but he wasn't sure if Zhu Li was interested in leaving the safe zones anymore. Cao Guang went back to the institute and searched for Yao Nan in the Ice school.

"I heard you were looking for me".

"I have some info about a small scale elemental sacred land in the South West. I am forming a team, so I wanted to ask if you wanted in?".

"I am flattered, why me though?"

" I am looking for Hunters"

"What level are you?"

" Intermediate Hunter"

" Really?"

Yao Nan could not believe Cao Guang was only an intermediate Hunter, when he was already a Advanced Hunter.

" I am in the military, I have also picked up a couple of good missions from the Hunter Union, so are you in?".

"Who else is coming?"

Cao Guang then convinced Zhu Li, Nie Huan and Yan Liling to take the trip with him. He felt he had a good balance in the team.

Yao Nan's secondary was poison, Zhu Li's was Lightning, Yan Liling's was Earth, and Nie Huan' was Space. They weren't adept at casting their secondary Intermediate spell yet.

Cao Guang delayed the trip a week and practiced with them to help them reach a certain speed with their secondary Intermediate spells. He also came to an agreement on distribution of rewards, he had a right to refuse on every resource they found. If he wanted it that meant he needed to compensate others at the end. Overall everything would be split five ways at the end after sale.

Cao Guang sold every Soul Essences he held and bought some more milk powder for his daughter and son. The wolf needed his blood to be changed sporadically now that he was approaching the peak of Warrior level.

His daughter was a different story altogether. She was still a normal Warrior who was stronger than her elder brother. It took Mo Fan one and half years and Time Liquid to bring the little one to the Commander rank.

Cao Guang's Flame Belle was a year and a half as well and Calamity Fire had reached the 2.0x stage yet she was no where near the Commander rank. He reckoned she needed at least another year even with the exorbitant amount he spent on her food on a weekly basis.

In Ancient Capital, he had one job kill zombies day in and day out. He had improved his basic spells to the fourth tier and his Inteediate Fire spell to the Fourth tier over the course of an year, everything else he pooled to buy Soul seed fragments for his daughter. He was now interested in bringing his basic spell to the fifth tier starting with his Lightning element.
