I want to skip grades

At the dining table, after having dinner Alan looked at his parents, hesitated then said "Dad, Mom I want to discuss something with you"

George, who was reading some documents, looked up and asked "Yes, what is it little Alan?" in a teasing tone.

"I want to skip grades", said Alan.

"What?", looked George a little surprised. Even his mom came to the table to join in the conversation.

Alan looked at the two of his parents and said, "Dad, Mom I feel that the content taught in school is very simple and easy, the teacher was praising a student because he skipped two grades", then after a pause in a tone that is both childish and exaggerating, he said "I looked at my brother's books too, and it as easy to understand. Dad if you get me other grades book, I think I can directly pass them", then smiled exaggeratedly at his parents.

The two adults looked at each other and then discussed among themselves, then at the expectant gaze of Alan that they would test him. Then he took out the paper and started jotting down his thoughts. His career plan was first to engage in publishing and music from 1960 to 1970, accumulate capital, and in the 70s go to the USA for college and slowly transition to engage in technology, especially computers and software. In the 80s he engaged in filming and technology. In the 90s engage in the internet.
