78. Ecuas Citadel

"Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me." — Carol Burnett

Arriving at Ecuas Citadel, Pellington was taken aback by the sight of the unique structure that stood before him, unlike anything he had seen in the gaming world.

Unlike the large siege cities of the Kingsfall zone, the citadel was a fantastical sight to behold. As a purely defensive structure, it boasted a variety of unique features that set it apart from a walled city.

The first and most striking difference was the moat and draw bridge, something that he had not seen anywhere else in the game before.

The entire structure was built out of a peculiar black material and had many unnaturally sharp angles that defied the natural order.

The closest thing he had ever seen to the imposing citadel was an evil lord in a movie; as he and his group approached, the entire area seemed drowned in a somber atmosphere.
