Clan Restoration

Kusagakure camp.

After putting the body of Karen's mother into a sealing scroll so we can bury her in a Grave when we return to Konoha I start taking care of the healing duty with some of Kusagakura Shinobies and Karen would only stay by my side as she felt afraid to go near anyone in this camp because of fear.

Time went by and almost a month has passed in this time I had crippled more than a dozen shinobies so they can't join the war or a fight properly in a few years but I had also taken the life of some Shinobies in self-defense and to protect the shinobies of Kusagakura camp.

Hana had also helped me in the healing process from time to time however her violent way of hunting the enemy's had when they are near made her famous in the Kusagakura camp.

Izumi–san had never taken a life yet and she would only decapitate her enemies with her Genjutsu the moment she would meet with them and that would be the end of them.

However, Shikaku Sensei will never go easy on his enemy saying if you go easy in your enemies you are causing self-harm.

And after this, one month we had received a nickname for each of the members of Team Shikaku.

They call me "Hitosu" the fire that burns all the enemies and brings warmth to the allies to rid them of all ailments.

Hana got herself the "Hidoi" for her violent attacks and Izumi–san is now called "Nazo" for her dangerous Illusion which will make them fall into a puzzle the moment her enemies arrive anywhere close to her.

"We are finally going to return. " said Izumi with a smile as she returns to our tent.

"I hope that kid Kiba didn't get himself in trouble again. " Hana said with worry.

"Are you going to take me with you? " Karen asks in worry as she thinks we might leave her behind in the hand of Kusakagure Shinobies just so she can be used as a living healing drug.

"Don't worry you are going to come with us. "  I told her with a smile as Shikaku sensei adds from the side "Yes I have already sent a message to the lord 3rd and he agreed to accept your status as a Konoha Citizen where you can join the academy or spend the commoner's life. "

Finally, after the next 6, Konoha Shinobi teams arrived at the Kusakagure war camp we departed the war camp saying our goodbye to the shinobies of Kusakagure, and the base commander whom I had almost killed a month ago even invited me to his home because of my achievement but when he said he will like his daughter to marry me I know I will never visit his village ever.

"Karen hold on to me tightly alright.  " I said as Karen hugs me from my back.

"You don't need to worry because I am not letting go of you even if I die. " Karen said with a serious tone and giving her a nod we started our journey back home.

Skipping from tree to tree and running on water and mountain we moved at a moderate speed that we learned from Sensei so we don't get tired in a limited distance we cover in a single run, yes depending on our stamina and strength some will cover a longer distance in a short time than others however that is natural.  

Although this technique will make us lose some speed if we compare it with our maximum speed we can use to run however it is undeniably a face with this technique we get the ability to run almost 3 times and even more than we normally can with our top speed.

After running for half a day we eventually saw the red broader walls of Konoha and with a signal from Shikaku Sensei we stopped running and before long I asked the Uzumaki Girl on my back "Karen we have arrived at our destination, so you can now get down from my back. "

Walking slowly Team Shikaku and Karen finally arrived at the gates of Konoha and when they finished reporting their return they got informed that the Third Hokage had asked for their presence in his office the moment they arrive in the village.

Hokage Office.

Standing in front of the 3rd Hokage at the other side of his table team Shikaku reported everything that took place while they joined the war.

"This is the Uzumaki Karen you had reported to me, right? " asked Sarutobi Hiruzen taking a look at Karen who is standing beside Kazuna and looking at Hiruzen with an afraid face.

"Yes Lord 3rd she is one of the remaining Uzumaki clan members besides Kazuna and Naruto. " Shikaku said with a nod.

"Alright send her to the Orphanage of number 3 where she can stay until she graduates from the Shinobi Academy or becomes an adult if she wants to spend the life of a commoner. " Hiruzen announced after staying silent for a while.

"No, I don't want to. " hugging Kazuna with a reluctant tone Karen asks in fear as she looks at Hiruzen who wants to separate her from the person who is the only person she trusts after losing her mother.

"Gramps, can't you allow her to stay in our apartment? " Kazuna asked with a helpless sigh as he can feel how someone will feel when they don't have anyone in the world although by now he has already accepted the reality of the world he wasn't able to tolerate her pain.

"Your apartment is only not even big enough for you and Naruto.

So adding another person might create an uninhabitable environment for both of you brothers.

Also, we can not overlook the fact she is a girl. " Hiruzen started with a serious tone completely denying the idea of Karen's stay with the brothers.

Hearing his serious tone, water started gathering at the corner of Karen's eyes and Kazuna looked down in frustration when Shikaku suggested "How about we give them the Hatatori clan ruined area after building a new house to let them restore the Uzumaki clan? "
