344. Exponential Increase in strength

"Huff... this is much more painful than I thought," Kenichi said to himself as he controlled his breathing and started to control his ki and absorb as much as he could from the medicinal bath.

His body had turned red due to a medicinal bath but he didn't stop and continued staying in it.

After an hour or so Kenichi opened his eyes and slowly stood up from the tub. The water in the tub had turned transparent as Kenichi has absorbed all its benefits. He clenched his cost and felt the power in them the current him could easily go toe to toe against an Advance Grandmaster though whether he would win or not was unclear as only his Gentle Fist had reached Grandmaster Level while the others were still in the master level.

After wearing the clothes left for him in the room, Kenichi came out of the room to see one of the Kamar-Taj disciples waiting for him.

"The Ancient One said that you would be coming out now and to guide you to the room she was waiting for you in," said the disciple.

Kenichi nodded his head and followed the disciple, as soon as Kenichi entered the room he saw, Ancient one sitting cross leg on one side of the table making tea.

Kenichi sat on the other side as Ancient One gave him tea.

After silently drinking tea for few minutes, the Ancient one asked "How are you feeling?"

"Incredible, I didn't think the increase would be so much when you said I wouldn't enter the Legendary Class but I was wrong, with this much strength, I don't need to worry about getting assassinated for the time being," said Kenichi

The Ancient One nodded her head and said "Currently only the two Legendary Masters can defeat you, while it will be a long battle against Advance Grandmaster to determine victory or defeat"

"So what happens after I use the medicinal pill?" asked Kenichi

"That depends on how much benefit you can get from it" replied the Ancient One as she passed a small wooden box with the size of her palm towards Kenichi.

Kenichi opened the box and a yellow-colored small round pill was kept in it.

"Right now, you are an Advance Grandmaster in all but your martial arts which won't take long as all three of your self-made ones are strong it would take a month or two at most for you to reach that stage, after that to enter the Legendary Class, it isn't your skills but your ki that needs to develop. The current you have full control of your ki so much so that you won't lose to even Legendary Masters but that's only Sei Ki, to enter the Legendary Class you need to be able to use both the Sei Ki and Dou Ki at the same time, so I hope instead of your Sei Ki you will use this pill to increase your Dou ki and learn to control it. Usually, that's something you would have to find out on your own but since I am already helping you than sharing this much isn't a problem" stated the Ancient One

"Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me Ancient one. So I need to increase my Dou ki and learn to control it like my Sei Ki!" Kenichi said in surprise as he thought that his ki was special as it was not only able to heal someone like Kaede but can even be used for Kaio-ken. He knows Sei Ki is internal ki and Dou Ki is external ki which is much more destructive than the other but since he could easily release his ki outside of the body, he thought it was different from Sei Ki.

"That's true but let me remind you, your Ki is different from others, I am sure you already know that, since you have been using it you know how strong it is when compared to the normal Dou Ki," said Ancient One to which Kenichi nodded his head.

"Since your, Sei Ki is so strong, its safe to assume your Dou Ki will be the same so you need to fully focus on it when you start increasing it otherwise you may injure yourself" warned the Ancient One

"I understand, but I have already developed some ki based attacks will I have to use Dou ki in them as well, it would already be hard to use two Ki at the same time and if I have to use it in my every attack then it will be troublesome," asked Kenichi

"It's up to you, though using Dou ki will only increase the destructiveness of your attacks" replied the Ancient One making Kenichi sigh and shake his head.

"Of course there is another way for you that you won't have to use two ki at the same time," said the Ancient one

"What is it?" asked Kenichi

"You need to merge your Sei Ki and Dou Ki into a single ki" replied the Ancient One

"What?" asked Kenichi in surprise

"Yes, for you to use single ki you need to merge your Sei ki and Dou ki into one" replied Ancient One

"Is that even possible? Has someone ever done this before" asked Kenichi

"Our records show that the last person to successfully merge the Sei ki and Dou ki into one was none other than Monkey King Sun Wukong but he wasn't exactly a human so I don't know if it's humanly possible or not" replied the Ancient One

The moment Kenichi heard the name Monkey King Sun Wukong his mind stopped working and he couldn't think.

"Did you just say Monkey King Sun Wukong?" asked Kenichi

"Yes" replied the Ancient One with a small smile

"B-but how I thought he was just part of a mythology?" asked Kenichi in surprise.

"Where do you think the mythology pop out?" asked the Ancient One making Kenichi go silent.

"Every mythology has its own origin but don't forget that there always some truth it, so remember the fact that Monkey King Sun Wukong isn't a myth" replied the Ancient One

"So the last person to merge the two Ki's was Monkey King Sun Wukong"
