Chapter 2

Opening the door Li Feng saw Li Xue looking at him with tears of joy in her eyes since she never thought her son would be standing up again and what's more when she saw him now he has reached the Fifth Level of Body Tempering Realm plus it's stable.

(Li Xue POV)

She was just about to enter his room but she heard some footsteps towards the door and what's more it was her son's energy signature meaning her son has returned to her and most importantly her son would tell her who was responsible for his condition he had for two months.After the door opened up revealing her son that's not only healed up but also having his dantian restored plus having a cultivation of Fifth Level of Body Tempering Realm.She was so happy that tears flowed out of her eyes like an over flowing river.She gave him a hug and no words came from her mouth because she had brought a lot of doctors and physicians to cure her son but no one could find a solution so because she had prepared for the worst to happen never expecting a miracle to appear before her.

After 10 minutes of sobbing in his chest she said,"Ah! Little Feng!".She struggled talking because she was still in shock but forced herself and continued,"You… You woke up!".She looked up at him with a smile but still the tears didn't stop flowing out."Mom your son is back and will never leave you again.Mom you know the position we are currently in makes it seems like I am your husband because your are comfortably crying and cuddling on my chest",said Li Feng making Li Xue blush like crazy but she didn't deny his statement because it's the first time in her life that she felt comfortable and safe within something in her life.

After calming down she gave him a kiss on his right cheek and said to him,"Feng'er since you have stepped into the Fifth Level of Body Tempering Realm you can go and select two Martial Skills from the Li Clan Martial Pavilion."

She looked at him walking towards the direction of the Martial Pavilion walking further and further knowing that the Mother-Son Relationship that they had was gone because what happened when she cried on his chest was something she desired ever since she saw her parents relationship.

After meeting his mother Li Feng's went to the Li Clans Martial Pavilion to get his two skills but today felt different for him because he managed to make his mother except his statement.

Arriving at the Pavilion he saw a middle aged man at the Door and saluted him.

"Fifth Elder"

The man looks towards the voice and he had a shocking expression on his face because he seriously thought he would never see this boy again but what worse when he sensed the boys aura he said,"How can… it be… you are… in the Fifth Level of Body Tempering Realm!"

He said in a loud tone luckily there was no one around to hear.Li Feng told him,"My dantian was sealed never broken so because of last month's accident all of the pent up energy in my dantian broke the seal and gave me five forceful breakthroughs."

When he heard that he calmed down saying,"I am happy for you my boy and at least now your mother can finally be at ease."

For the first time in a long time the Fifth Elder felt happy because the Fourth Elder had a really hard time searching for a cure for her kid but no avail.

"Okay you can go in and select two Martial Skills of your choice but you only have one hour",he said with a smile on his face.

As he entered he saw something of a bookstore or library format of the skills.He looked through skills like Roaring Lion Fist,Heavenly Spear Kick,Basic Sword Technique,Sky Bear Palm,Earth Splitting Fist,Ripple Steps but just like Duan Ling Tian in the novel he saw how weak these Yellow Rank Skills are but nonetheless he used his Eye of Knowledge to copy everything in the Pavilion after finding no cultivation technique for him.He took the Sky Bear Palm and Angry Tiger Fist Skills books with him then exited the Pavilion.

After arriving outside he heard a commotion about Duan Ling Tian.He saw him talking to the Fifth Elder Li Ting and it seems people around him became shocked of his breakthrough.He walked out surprising everyone because he was supposed to be a cripple but walked out of the Pavilion.He looked at Duan Ling Tian,"Good to see that you broke through Brother Tian."

He looked at Li Feng in shock because he couldn't sense his cultivation because Li Feng hide his cultivation now that he already got what he came for.He greated him,"Like wise Brother Feng."

"Anyway make sure to find a suitable Skill inside", said Li Feng to him.Duan Ling Tian gave him a nod and entered the building.After that the Fifth Elder said,"Angry Tiger Fist and Sky Bear Palm not a nice combo but I believe you have your reasons for picking it.Go and cultivate this skills patiently because there are very few who could use it full power okay."

He said to the Fifth Elder,"Thank you for your advice Elder I will keep that in mind."

He left there and went home to start mastering some skills that will help him on his rise to the top.
