Chapter 601- Possibility of Winning

After attending the premiere of "Heroes," the Golden Globe Award nominations were also announced.

Laila chuckled, her hands crossed on her lap. "Guess."

"I guess you're just teasing me, wanting to see me embarrassed." Roy rolled his eyes, casually picking up a newspaper from the side.

"Guess again," Laila continued to smile at him. Indeed, she was teasing him; after all, he had made fun of her just now. It was the first time in her life she had received a heavyweight director nomination, and it couldn't fail to astonish her, could it?

"What else is there to guess? I..." Half of the newspaper in Roy's hand fell to the ground. "Are you saying there's a real chance I could win?"

"Heh," Laila laughed and also picked up a newspaper.

Roy snatched it from her, sitting beside her. "Tell me quickly."

"What's there to say? Aren't you supposed to be calm? Who said I'm not nervous? It's the Golden Globe, and I dream of winning one. Isn't that right?"
