Chapter 166 : Smile for me.

Resna had her hands on her lap as she watched Famo get dressed, " You seem happy ". Famo looked at her with a smile, " Really? I didn't notice ". She looked around the room and suddenly got up.

" I'll go check up on Nova " but she was surprised by what she saw. Nova pointed a heel at Dimitri, " I'm not wearing a dress "! Dimitri held out the blue ball gown, " You're wearing this, whether you like it or not ".

She stuck out her tongue and threw the shoe at him, " Never "! [ It feels nice to be young again ] She suddenly noticed Resna who was watching her with shock, " Are you okay mam? You seem a little pale ".

Resna took a deep breath [ Did she just call me mam? ] and went back into her room. Famo frowned slightly, " I was hearing voices, is everything okay "? Resna nodded, " I think so, let me check again ". She opened the door again and saw Nova running around.

She looked back, " I think something's wrong with my baby girl ". Famo walked over and saw Nova struggling with Dimitri as he pulled her back into the room, " I refuse to wear a dress ".

Resna looked up at him with concern, " Will she be alright "? Famo rubbed her shoulders slightly and smiled, " Of course. She's finally warming up to the boy. We should finish getting ready as well ".

Bonsi held on to his arm as she tried not to laugh, " Are you still upset "? He looked away, " She left me dangling there for five minutes ". Bonsi put her head on his shoulder, " But you did seem to be enjoying yourself in the end ".

He looked at her, " Whose side are you on "? Bonsi smiled playfully, " Yours of course. Now will you smile ". She poked his cheek constantly, " Come on, just a little one for me ". Axis tried to dodge it but she was incessant.

He eventually broke into a smile and she laughed mischievously, " You look a lot more charming now ". He sighed as he looked at her [ You're lucky I love you ] " Can we get ready now "? Bonsi jumped up instantly, " I almost forgot about that ".

Bonsi suddenly opened the closet doors and ran in, " We don't have much time, what colors would you prefer "? Axis smiled as he got up [ So maybe Nectar isn't that all bad ] " I'm not sure, you decide ".

She groaned in frustration as she yelled back, " That's not helpful at all ". He had a slight smirk on as he stepped in, " Maybe pink "? She looked at him with confusion, " Huh? Your not Luscious, you can't pull it off ".

Luscious had received word from the second envoy, that they'd be arriving soon and he still had no clue who they were. He'd taken the first room on the right and the three ladies the one in the middle.

Lucia came out in a green long sleeved dress with white flowers forming a sort of sash on the bodice. Her navy blue hair was in long curls which bounced on her shoulders, " How do I look Brother "?

Luscious nodded with a smile, " Stunning ". She smiled and twirled slightly, " Thank you. Sister Qidu makes comfortable clothes ". Fay walked out in a grey knee length coat with leather boots, her dress was a light pink as well as her elbow length gloves, " I agree, I could get used to dresses like this ".

Luscious laughed while Simi walked out after. She had on a knee length red dress which morphed into an orange color at the end. It was covered in black birds as well. She matched it with black flats and a belt, " I can finally meet my empress "

He laughed as he held out his hands to Fay and Lucy, " Well then, let's get to dinner ". Lucy excitedly held on to his arm while Fay seemed more natural. He looked at Simi apologetically, " I'm sorry Simi, I've got only two hands ".

Simi gave a slight curtsey, " Think none of it Prince Luscious. I am a servant after all ". Lucy rolled her eyes playfully, " Nonsense, you're my friend ". She let go of Luscious and held Simi, " I don't want you feeling left out ".

Simi looked at her hesitantly but was soon whisked away, " To the dinner table, shall we "? She found Lucy's enthusiasm rubbing off on her and she laughed, " Yes we shall ".
