Chapter 155 : I'm so happy so I must be dreaming.

Pollen looked at Dimitri then the large well furnished bedroom she was now standing in," I'm sleeping here "? He smiled as he drew the curtains, " It's the only room that's been cleaned as of the moment. So you'll have to manage till then ".

She removed her boots and walked closer to the bed, " Manage you say ". Dimitri sighed, " If you don't like it... " he heard a slight creak and saw her jumping on the bed. Her long sky blue hair went up with her as she smiled, " I can't remember the last time I jumped like this. I would have thrown out my back by now ".

Dimitri watched on with shock and amusement as she stroke poses mid air and made faces he'd never imagined she could make. She tired herself out pretty quickly and rolled from side to side on the bed, " It's like sleeping on a marshmallow cotton candy. So soft ".

Dimitri laughed, picking her shoes as he walked to the bed " Nice to see your managing well ". Pollen nodded and crawled towards the frame, " But I have one tiny request ". Dimitri nodded and she suddenly jumped, " I want to jump on all the other beds " and fell backwards into the sheets.

Dimitri laughed and she sat up just as quickly, " I'll lay the beds when I'm done. I just feel so happy " and collapsed back down again. She looked at the ceiling thoughtfully and smiled at Dimitri, her hair scattered " I haven't felt this happy in a while so I must be dreaming ".

Dimitri nodded, " Well then, I hope you don't wake up. I could get used to this version of you ". When she didn't respond, he walked to the side and saw she'd already falling asleep.

He covered her with the sheets and left the room. He took one last look at her and sighed, mumbling to himself " So this is what you'd be like without your father nitpicking you all the time " and closed the door.

Kancor let out a surprised whistle as he stepped into the castle. He could already see people moving around the four corners of the castle. He looked up and was met with a stain glass ceiling and about two more floors beneath it.

" This place truly is marvelous, isn't it "? Kancor glanced at Caitlin who seemed more in awe than he was, " I've always wanted to come here. It's an architectural wonder. Just look at that reinforced glass ".

Kancor rubbed his chin lightly, " I never took you for the building kind ". She blushed slightly, " I didn't mean to bore you with my chatter ". Kancor put his arm over her shoulder, " Nonsense, for once I'm enjoying the sound of your voice. Tell me more ".

She raised an eyebrow, walking with him now " Don't toy with me ". Kancor smiled, other hand on chest " I can assure you, I wouldn't be nice enough to lie to you ". Caitlin frowned, " That doesn't make me feel better ". He only shrugged, " I wasn't trying to ".
