" What do you think the empress has planned for me Dodwen "? Dodwen gulped slightly [ Why drag me into this? ] " I'm not sure, her majesty didn't tell me ". Eros nodded, " Alright, whatever it is; I'm sure I'll love it ".

Dodwen nodded [ Or heads could start rolling ] Eros smiled slightly [ So she still thinks of me....that's a relief ] Pashidowl chuckled in his head, [ Awn....and I here I was thinking you actually had a heart ]

Eros rolled his eyes [ Yes yes, very disappointing ] Dodwen looked out the window, praying silently that Eros wouldn't ask him any questions and he wouldn't somehow make the situation worse [ My life is so hard ]

Kancor looked up from his book as Caitlin called out to him, " Kancor, are you listening "? He sighed as he looked at her, " You have my attention, might as well speak ". Caitlin nodded hesitantly as she looked at him, " I understand that you hate me and want absolutely nothing to do with me... "

Kancor nodded, slightly impatient " Yes and the point here is... "? Caitlin bit her lip slightly, " My mother ". Kancor raised an eyebrow, " What about your mother "? She bit her lip harder, " I was hoping you wouldn't tell my mother the horrible things I've done lately ".

Kancor scratched his head lightly, " I'm still not understanding why or how this has anything to do with me ". Caitlin took a deep breath, " You must not remember, but my mother likes you a lot.... Just please ".

Kancor frowned slightly, " Are you afraid of her "? Caitlin jumped slightly, " No! I mean... " Kancor cut her off as he threw a handkerchief at her, " Alright, I won't tell your mother a thing and you really shouldn't bite yourself so hard, it's bleeding ".

Caitlin nodded, dabbing at her lip " Oh! Thank you ". She suddenly looked up at him, surprised " Wait, what did you say "? Kancor sighed, looking the other way, " I won't tell your mother ". Caitlin suddenly jumped on him, all laughs " Thank you, I'll make it up to you. I promise ".

Kancor slightly went limp as he lost the will to yell at her for ending up in his lap as she rambled on about how grateful she was and sighed, leaning his head against the chair [ Fine then bit just this once ]

Nova frowned as Dimitri poked her cheek, " So despite all your training, all that leftover fat still went to your cheeks " [ I really want to mush it up. Very tempting ] Nova turned her face to him and nearly bit it off, her teeth making a clicking sound.

Dimitri managed to dodge her teeth and laughed nervously, " You're becoming unhinged. Very not princess like ". Nova's features calmed down [ He's right ] and she smoothed out her black skirt, " I'm sorry, I'm not particularly sure what's wrong with me "?

Dimitri frowned, leaning closer to her face and making her lean back, their noses nearly touching " Did you just apologize "? Nova opened her mouth to speak when they hit a bump and the carriage shook slightly

Dimitri lost his balance and ended up falling forward. When he didn't feel any pain and instead, felt a slight tremble [ What's so soft? ] Looking up at Nova, their eyes met and almost just as quickly he was blasted to the other side of the carriage.

Going on all fours as he was drenched in water and coughed up what entered his mouth. Removing the wet hair in his face with a smirk [ That was definitely worth it ] and smirked, " Now, you're back ". Nova frowned, " Was that supposed to be funny "?

Dimitri dodged as she threw an ice spear at him, maintaining his distance " This isn't my fault "! She threw another one, landing inches from his head and he jumped up, " Listen you mad woman, give me back the sweet princess version "!

That only made her more upset as she laughed, " So now I'm a madwoman "? Dimitri gulped as he held out his hands in front of him, " That's not what I meant ".
