Chapter 4: I Am Free!

Thud!

The sound of the door banging resound in the room. The room are so quiet that you can hear someone's heavy breathing.

The tense atmosphere from earlier was still there, but it quickly subdue.

My Aunt that were so quiet earlier are now talking loudly, just enough to resound in the whole house.

While My Cousins were already playing in the side, paying no heed to their Mom talking.

"Yu Yan, go cook the lunch, while I clean the table" She said

And, of course who would believe that? She will clean up the table? Hah!

That's the funniest thing I've heard ever since I woke up in this body.

Based on the memory of the original owner of this body, the little girl started serving them when she just came here.

Doing the laundry, cooking the food, cleaning the house, working to get payed, the little girl all did that but she didn't get to spend any of it to herself. The face of this woman is really thick.

Spending someone's hard earned money, and still have the nerve to call her ungrateful.

Never mind, I'll do it and leave here immediately, the nerve of this people.

After I finished serving them their food and cleaning it, of course, who would clean that? the neighbor? Hah!

I get back to my room as soon I finished serving them. I started thinking of a plan of how escape here. Suddenly, I remembered Xia Lan, That's right Xia Lan said that she can help me with anything, so I called her out.

"Xia Lan, can I ask for a favor?" I asked.

"What is it~" She responded.

"Can you remove my name under the Gong Family."

That's right before executing my plan, First, I need to get of the Gong Family's jurisdiction.

"This cute and mighty Xia Lan, can do it"

"Really? Does it takes long?" I asked.

"Nope~ I can erase your name in just a second"

Nice! It's nice having Xia Lan to take care of the troublesome things like this.

"Okay! Can I trouble to remove my name" I said

"No problem! I can definitely do it! I won't disappoint you Beauty Yan!" Xia Lan said.

"Good! Tonight we'll get out of here" I declared.

This house is so toxic, I can't stay here any longer least they spoiled my plan and of course I can handle it just fine but I am too lazy to deal with them. So, I better get out of here.

So, the night came by and it's time for me to leave. Of course, I can't forget about the important files that I find when I explored the house this morning.

I tiptoed out of the house and the door let out a sound, but not enough to wake up the people asleep upstairs.

Finally, I'm out! This where my journey begin and getting out of this house is the first step.

First, I need a place to stay for the night. The original owner of this body saved up a bit of money. Just enough to live a comfortable life for just a couple of weeks.

I rented a small house in the outskirts of the city for 50 yuan. I may have not have a comfortable sleep last night, but it doesn't effect my good mood. Finally, I am free!

I exercise for a bit before going out to bought my breakfast, luckily there's a convenience store near the house that I rented. It may not be like those big convenience store in the city but it's still quite big.

I bought two streamed bun for 2 yuan. For this past years I've been working I only saved 300 yuan and the rest goes to my Aunt Family. Sometime I secretly sneak a few yuan into my pocket. As of today I still have at least 200 yuan in my pocket right now.

Just enough for me leave a few days comfortably.
