Date Night II

The movie was filled with emotional ups and downs.

The hero and heroine loved each other deeply but it was like the world was against their love.

The first time the hero tried to confess his love, the heroine's mother died. When she realized her feelings, she misunderstood the hero being in a relationship with someone else.

After clearing up all the misunderstandings when they were finally going to get together the villain kidnapped the heroine.

The hero and heroine saved everyone and themselves but while doing all this the hero ended up in a vegetative state.

They finally had their happy ending after 7 years when the hero woke up.

It was really a rollercoaster ride.

Samia was so engrossed in watching that she did not even notice when Felix held her hand.

Though the film was filled with completely unnecessary drama and misunderstandings, sometimes it is the reality of some people's life. It taught people to cherish their loved ones and time because you won't know what will happen in the next moment and how long they will be with you.

Samia finally noticed their intertwined hands when the movie ended.

"You held my hand," Samia said.

"You finally noticed," Felix said in an aggrieved tone.

Samia was wondering what she did this time but Felix's next words cleared her confusion.

"You were very much engrossed looking at that Samir earlier." His voice contained a hint of jealousy. He heard her appreciating him and being amazed by his moves the whole time. Like he was some sort of eye candy. She never looked at him like that.

Samia burst out laughing. Her gloomy mood after watching the film dissipated immediately.

"Are you jealous of an actor?" Samia said while laughing.

"It's not funny," Felix said with a deadpan expression.

Samia calmed down looking at his expression. She quickly kissed him on the cheek to pacify him.

"You are much better and handsome than him though," Samia said

Felix snorted. Though he was still looking wronged his eyes showed a pleased expression.

After coming out of the theatre he took Samia to a restaurant. He already checked their staff and the dishes to make sure there wasn't any fault in them.

He directly took Samia to the rooftop.

Samia was stunned by the sight in front of her. There was a round table with two chairs, decorated with candles around it.

The night was illuminated by the light coming from the candles. It looked extremely gorgeous. Samia could not describe in words what she was feeling. Touched, emotional, or special. It was the first time someone made her feel so special and the fact that he did it for her, only for her.

"I feel like I am liking you more and more," Samia said, trying to stop the tears that were threatening to come out of her eyes.

Felix looked amused. He wanted to tease her but held back after seeing how hard she was trying to control herself.

Felix smiled. He patted her head dotingly and said "Let's eat first."

Samia asked after she calmed down "Is there something special today?"

"No, I just wanted to take you out," Felix answered.

"That reason should be enough right," Felix said.

"Yes, it's completely fine."

'It's just that after seeing all this I want you to carry in my pocket and not let anyone see you. How can such a man exist?" Samia shook her head at her own thoughts.

"Are you fine?" Felix asked.

Samia nodded her head.

'I should focus on dinner right now. What if I scare him?' Samia thought.

They had their dinner in silence. Though Samia tried her best to act normal her eyes told what she was feeling. Happy. Touched and content.

Felix thought that he could do these things forever to see those expressions on her face. He didn't realize since when seeing her happy made him happy too. And knowing the reason behind her smile was him made him feel something he couldn't describe.

He thought not to delve into his emotions but to eat with her right now. Other things can wait for later.

"I have something for you," Felix said after they finished their dinner.

"What?"

'I don't think I can handle any more surprises.' Samia thought.

She watched as Felix took out a box from his suit and gave it to her.

He eyed her to open that box.

"What's this?" Samia was amused.

"Why don't you look first?" Felix replied.

Samia opened the box. Two keychains were lying next to each other. One had a boy playing piano and on another one a girl. The background was of black color and the piano's frame in silver and blue.

It seems like a couple's keychain. They were beautiful.

"They are amazing," Samia exclaimed. She was very excited to receive this gift.

Out of everything including the dinner and the movie she likes these keychains the most.

Samia loved instruments when she was young but she couldn't afford them and she had to do other things to continue living. Growing up this hobby of hers was already lost somewhere.

Samia couldn't help but hug Felix tightly.

"I love them. He he.." Samia giggled.

Felix grinned at her behavior.

He asked someone to carve this keychain specifically. And it was all worth it seeing her happy and smiling.

Felix dropped her home and went back to his apartment.

Samia mentioned about the contract and he told her that it would be ready by tomorrow. So she needs to focus on her game right now and plan for the future steps. They will also need to recruit new employees.

Even though Manish would continue to do the work like he used to do, she will have to oversee everything since she would be buying the shares. It will make her the biggest shareholder with 70% of the shares.

She will be having a huge responsibility on her shoulders.

Still, she couldn't help but smile when she thought about today's day. It was unexpected but one of the best days of her life.
