Tell The Truth To Eric
Iris was stunned when she heard Eric's inner thoughts.
"Brother, how's your life here lately?" She found an opening to start their conversation. "Did you enjoy staying here without me? Did my husband take care of you when I'm away?"
Eric's anxiety about staying longer in this place made it hard to be dishonest with Iris. After a few seconds of silence, he finally opened his mouth.
"Xavier is very kind to me. He talks with me almost every day. But I wouldn't say I like living in this place... I prefer to live on Emerald Island. I can do many things on the island and enjoy the beautiful view."
Iris smiled before urging him to say what was bothering him, "Are you sure? Brother, you can tell me honestly what you feel..."
Eric clenched his fists slightly before he asked her to come closer to him. He was worried if Xavier and the others heard their conversation.
