Suddenly, a voice crackled in his earpiece, sending a chill down his spine. "Good job. Now, I'll grant your wish, just as you've always wanted. Countdown from one to three," the voice instructed.
The man shut his eyes again, his heart pounding in his chest. "One, two..." he began to count.
"Bam!", the bodyguards were jolted by a soft yet powerful explosion, resembling a small grenade going off right before their eyes.
In an instant, the man's head erupted into a grotesque mess of blood, eyes, and brain matter, scattering across the ground in a horrifying display.
The two bodyguards recoiled in horror, blood spattering onto their uniforms.
