Xilo didn't have any more time to think about the king's words as his body disappeared in front of all of them before appearing again in front of Tearia. "Teleporting?" Seeing a new trick break out suddenly Xilo didn't have enough time to react as Tearia threw up her arms to defend herself. With two slashes back and forth across her arms Tearia made sure to put her useless arm to eat the brunt of the damage as she staggered backwards with two giant cuts running along her arm.
"Straight for the weak link eh..."
"Not at all, young one."
All she could hear was sarcasm in his voice as she resorted back to her Lightning rod with Ravenous gone. Grasping it tightly she did her best to ignore the blood dripping down her arm as she saw another attack coming her way. "He really wants me." She didn't know how but his speed had increased even more then last time he used Lightning that she couldn't tell where he was going to attack anymore. Along with the teleporting she was in a rough spot on her own.
"I got you, girl."
Shouting across the room Marie quickly threw up a small barrier of protection for Tearia while the others moved to help her as well. Ripping through the barrier that appeared before him he barely felt his spear stop as he met Tearia head on instantly destroying her rod nearly cutting her entire hand off. "So much potential sealed away by fears. Brought up to sheltered from this world and it's truths." He was slightly disappointed by that but she was his enemy now. Maybe in other circumstances he could have taught her and became her teacher.
"A shame it's like this."
Missing her hand he quickly brought the spear back up aiming at her arm as she spun her body trying to cripple herself further. "Your arm is broken, not unfixable. Haaa..." Slashing a large cut appeared on her arm as blood came out like crazy while she tried to cover up the pain she was feeling. Panicking Tearia grasped her arm as her eyes went wind in pain as some Gravity rained down on her harder forcing her still. She was surprised how weak she had suddenly become against him as another attack came her way.
"Your body isn't something you can continuously sacrifice."
Barely registering that in her mind she watched as the spear in his hands threatened to cut in her half completely. Sending some fire towards the girl in the back in case she tried to do something again he was realizing some of the drawbacks of this ability again. "Seems my other Elements get heavily restricted by it." It made sense though, the other elements he had weren't originally his in the first place however in return this armour further strengthened his elements.
"Tearia!"
Jumping in the way Xilo made sure he was protecting Tearia as he stood in front of the King. He was not about to let that happen so easily and neither was Zilan who was right behind him. Grasping an Ice dagger with Icebreaker no longer available to him he met the King's spear head on alongside Zilan's sword as well helping him out. Just like Tearia now his blades would probably break in an instant if he wasn't careful so it was best to take the help where he could get it.
"Dammit."
Watching them attack the King, Marie hesitated for a second looking at Felli and Tearia before she ran over towards Tearia. Sprinting across the room she heard the sounds of multiple attacks clashing as she dropped beside Tearia and grabbed her arm before Tearia quickly pulled away with a force she didn't expect. "Huh?" Confused she was going to ask why she did that until another Lightning rod appeared in her hands as she stood back up.
"I don't need your help."
Angry at herself and words that man had said Tearia ignored Marie's help as she went to join Xilo and the others in their fight. "Know it all." She saw countless attacks get deflected by his armour from all of them but that just made her more angry than anything else. Fusing more Lightning into her rod she got closer as Xilo took an attack that ripped open his shirt completely exposing his chest as blood ran down it however he still fought regardless. "Are those Icicles?" Seeing spikes of blue poke out she wondered what they were before arriving beside him to help.
She didn't have time for any feelings or pain of any sorts. Everyone here was fighting their hearts out to beat this man and she couldn't be doing any less.
"No more holding back."
The thought that this was still a person that she was fighting had caused Tearia a lot of hesitation throughout this whole fight but she couldn't let that keep getting to her. If she didn't stop they could potentially die just because of her. "Take a deep breath." Breathing in the old air of the room she watched the man teleport again to attack ZIlan. "Wide open!" With his back towards her she didn't have any hesitation as wind carried her forward as well. Rushing forward she didn't expect much but she was going to do something.
"You'll take my help one way or another stubborn girl."
Exhausted Marie was surrounded by people who didn't know the meaning of caring about their own well being. Looking for some kind of weak area in his back she found one at his top spinal area that was slightly exposed. "There." Focusing on that area she pushed Lightning through her body trying to get as much as speed as she could as she slammed into his body with a force she had never reached. Stabbing his exposed spot she dug the spear into his body as she sent Lightning all throughout it as she stabbed deeper. It didn't last to long though as she felt the King's body disappear from her grasp as he teleported away.
"Did that do anything?
