Is It Enough?

A light breeze spread across the room as her wind went to work helping them out. Using that to her advantage she tried to slow down the King as much as she could while her friends defended themselves. "He hasn't noticed me quite yet so let's make use of that." Tightening her hands she built up one big attack while the others bought time while all unaware of her. Another strike was coming their way after almost nearly cutting them all in half except they were ready this time.

*Whoosh*

Cutting through the air the King halted his blade as he quickly reversed it going for a second slash. "Just luck." Feeling a little slower then he had thought he was, he blamed it on not being used to things as he went for the backslash hitting all of them once more just before they got out of the way. Not letting them get away he dashed forward as he slashed at the one closest to him. The two twins were the slowest of the group that he signaled out. Breaking some tiny rocks that tried to get in his way he slashed Sarin off to the side as a long cut went along his chest while his dagger shattered before moving on to the other one.

"Sarin, Daral"

Concerned for his friends he watched the two of them getting swatted away like bugs before he could even react even with Marie's boost. He had felt it enough times to know it by heart however it didn't make much difference for them. "Defensive types are slower." Which meant the benefits they received were near negligible where as the boost the three of them got was stronger. Xilo and Tearia were even faster then him at this point meaning he was the next in line to be attacked.

"I'll make sure you suffer just as much for that."

Trying to ignore the feeling of pain he felt seeing his friends get tossed aside so easily he stopped backtracking as he dug his heel into the ground and pushed forward. He hated running away already and seeing his friends get severely injured, he was worried. Practically tackling the King he had no time to take out his weapon again to attack so he just chose the only approach he knew at the moment. "Time to get stupid." Not thinking too hard about it last time had worked so he hoped it would work again.

Running past the king's blade he got inside his range as the sword sliced his hips as he barreled straight into the King grabbing him. Wrapping both of his arms around him he pulled him into a big bear hug as he struggled to use every muscle he could while the king attempted to break free. Feeling a sword slash his back he braced himself as pain attacked his body nearly flinching him but he stayed latched on. Thankfully his physical strength seemed enough to keep him pinned.

"Hey you two, don't just stand there and gawk, Close your mouths and come help me. I can't keep this up forever."

Having another sword attack his back he winced as Xilo and Tearia snapped out of their shock. Meanwhile Marie had finished setting up her attack at the perfect time. "Zilan what the hell are you doing?" Raising her hand up in the air she summoned a giant green arrow made of wind as she aimed it at the king. "I bet he noticed my plan." Thinking to there she let it be as she waited for Xilo and Tearia to make their move. If they wanted Zilan's hold to be as effective as possible it was their best bet .

"Plus we can see what this King is really capable of."

If the King could still be fine after this attack then they would most likely be screwed. Zilan was already sacrificing his body for this, what much else could they do. Seeing a good opportunity to use Icebreaker and Ravenous the two of them charged them up as their energy was sucked out of their bodies like a fountain. Not wasting much time they rushed forward straight at Zilan with zero hesitation as the wind and gravity around them pushed them forward as the King began to panic more than anytime before.

"Let go of me you insect."

"No can do buddy, I got a strong bite. You'll just have to bear with me a little longer."

"I'll kill you."

"You can try."

Ignoring the King's threats, Zilan waited for the best timing to let go of the King as he felt him begin to build up more energy for a big attack in desperation. Charging up Light the King went through all of the options he had at the moment in his head and chose the best scenario. "If you think this will stop me then you're stupid." Stopping his struggle his blade began to glow as time slowed down all around him. "One behind charging up an attack and the two from the forward as well as the two from earlier seem to be trying to help." Analyzing the situation he knew if the Red headed man stayed attached to him he would die from friendly attacks. So his best bet was waiting for the exact moment he let go to attack.

"If I'm right I might be able to take all of them out in one blow."

Getting to there he felt Zilan slowly loosen his grip on him as they all approached him. Getting ready more Light was built up in his system as time was returning to normal for him once again. Launching her Wind arrow she aimed right for his back as everyone attacked him all at once. Within a second her arrow pierced his body straight through while Zilan backed off and the others quickly followed. Stabbing as hard as he could Xilo tried to pierce straight through his back while Tearia aimed right for his neck while lightning zapped his body. Vines Locked down the King's feet before being cemented by Earth Energy locking him in place and finally Zilan set him on fire in a split second.

All while the King Calmly watched on, He had faced much worse things in his life then this and he was more than ready.

"This is my world."

Enjoy.
