Chapter 7- The functions

Chapter 7 – The functions.

"My name is Kazu Kamasura, a demon belonging to the Kamasura clan, due to a set of events I apparently share my apartment with Acone, the angel…. Because of the rings on our hands, we have no choice but to obey this arrangement...Just to say, that there is something about the ring….."

Acone was watching her favourite romantic movie while taking a sip from her ice-cold cola when out of nowhere Kazu appeared out of nowhere and grabbed her cup…..

"Huh??" Acone had nothing on her mind when she saw Kazu, "Give it back….."

"Fine"

Kazu opened Acone's jaw and forced the ice-cold cola into her mouth….. "AAHM" Her throat experienced the shocking feelings, she felt as the cola seeped through her throat and entered her stomach...… "You!!!" Acone was furious the anger overwelled her feelings she no more wanted to experience the life of the movie she was watching.... "Do you want to die too early…..You idiot?!"

'If the ring senses the intention of the wearer to harm his/her partner then the…..'

Thus Acone was forced to stop her moment and bite her anger…..

In university-

"Com on…..Go ahead….make it a day to be remembered."

Again Acone was forced to endure it….. 'Endure….you have to endure it.....just for some more time'

"Haaaaaah…..Haaaa-haaa-haaaaaaah-haa-haa-haaa-haaa-haaa" Kazu kept laughing at her going close to her…..

"I will kill him!!!!" Acone punched a tree with all of her might, The tree was chopped into pieces it was now in bits of pieces. Behind her, Saten was standing Staring at her.

"WOW... so impressive.... I didn't think that someone can do this"

"Thank you Saten!!! It helps to expose my anger"

"To think it was possible to exploit the functions of the ring to play dirty tricks, as accepted of him….. the demon of the night and the endless sky"

"Stop praising!!! him" Acone was surprised as well as angry that Saten didn't praise her mighty punch but the tactics used by Kazu. "I've had enough!!! If going back means that I have to suffer his humiliation one more time, I'd rather"

Saten hanged upon Aecon supporting her breast on her head, "Calm down, hot-headed Angel. It's not a big deal. My cute hot head Angel, how about I'll give an idea as an apology?"

Kazu's apartment...

Acone was again found sitting on the couch watching her favourite movie on repeat for the 2nd time with a cup of caramel popcorn...

"I'm back" Kazu pushed the front door and came close to Acone. "Yo…..what are you doing you, angelic idiot?!"

-"Whose" Kazu grabbed the cup and started munching on it. "Huh? why so silent....." 'Speechless from the anger already, how amusing'

"How boring have you given up already, my dear angel" Kazu stroked and Acone's hairs sniffed them, "Come on struggle a bit more….. try to hit me just like you did back then….. I want to see your reaction".... "You….. Washboard angel!!!!!! Looking closely you really are flat...How pitiful you high schooler...Why didn't you grow up!!! Maybe you are eating too much!!!! Your patience must be running of a nuclear power plant", "Come on hit me, Miss washboard"

"Boom" With her full punch might she punched Kazu.

"Impossible….You shouldn't be able to raise your hand against me...…..Huh? why was there no reaction from the ring…"

"My dear husband in hands, did you know….In this world, one can express their love through violence…Bearing no ill will towards the partner.....This means that my actions won't trigger the ring's reaction of animosity. Unless I don't give to you" Acone had a mindless mind and blank eyes with a big long smile, dripping with her spit, she held her ring hand to show Kazu what she could do. She grabbed one of Kazu's Misaka Mikoto's figurine.

"Wait….I admit. I was wrong!!! Let's talk it out!!!" His was stuttered with his mind… "I am so sorry, I won't do that again !!!!!!! I'll give you back ten times than what I took from you"

"Oh, I see" Acone sat on the couch, staring into Kazu's eyes.

"Wh-Whhhhhh What are you planning to do with it?"

"No nothing."

"Then please place it back"

"Pops…. Sorry, my hand slipped"

"Crash!!!!!"

The figurine broke into pieces it shattered. Being crafted by hands and carefully arranged thus, it broke easily. It was the most teaser item of Kazu…. It was limited and only 15 of them were made. "No....Not at all….Why did it happen…..This cannot happen"

"Relax, I won't do it. I was just illusion magic" Kazu moved away and looked at his back. He could see his figurine. "Jeez, a demon. Who can spot simple magic like that"

'Why you!!!'

"A demon who can't see simple magic, what a pity. What will happen to the demon race, it is going to whitter out, having a weaker soul like that…..HAHAHA HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!" Acone kept teasing Kazu until he gave up.

'Why is it happing... why is this happing again….. I don't like it. Why did I do it…..What did I do....Not my skill...Not it….. I am not weak….. All the time…..I am a user….I am the strongest' Kazu jumped out of nowhere on Acone in his bite of ferrous, It was of no use.

Note- The next chapter will reveal Kazu's backstory, and hence his thoughts will be justified.
