The Rich

The day for Tangning to finally leave the hospital had come. Tang Man went to handle the discharge papers while Tangning was waiting for her when Tang Man came back Tangning was lost in thought.

"Ningning it's time to go "Tang Man held onto Tangning's hand.

"That was fast,let's go"Tangning smiled and walked out of the hospital with her mother.

There was a long silence in the taxi before Tang Man asked Tangning a question.

" Ningning " Tang Man called softly

" Hmm,mom "

" You still haven't told me how you got hit by a car "

Tangning froze for a second she couldn't tell her that she was being bullied at school, if she did Tang Man would blame herself was for not watching her properly.

"Mom I can't remember what happened"

"Ningning are you telling me the truth?"

"Mom why would I lie to you,don't you believe me?"

"Of course I believe you" Tang Man patted her shoulder and signaled Tangning to rest her head.

The Tang family house was extremely quiet which was unusual because it was always noisy. When Tangning stepped into the living room to she was surprised everyone was there to welcome her.

They had prepared a sumptuous meal everyone was eating happily.

"Mom where's first uncle and Aunt I don't see Wei Wei and grandma too"

All of a sudden everyone was was quite the temperature in the room seemed to have decreased.

After dinner Tang Ran told Tangning the situation.

"How could they do such a thing " Tangning shouted in anger.

"Bring your voice down before grandpa hears you he's been angry this past few days"

"Ran I don't understand would you abandon your family if you suddenly become rich?"

"Of course not you guys are the only family I have"

"You're my only cousin now you can't abandon me" Tangning hugged Tang Ran.

" I won't abandon you so can you stop hugging me"

Tangning let go of Tang Ran and sat back down.

"Tang Ran let's make a promise we won't ever abandon our family no matter what happens in the future"

"I promise it's no like if I leave here I have anywhere to go "

"pinky promise you can't leave alone I only have you now "

"I promise am not going anywhere" Tang Ran Pat's Tangning on the head.

"Do I look like a baby to you,you'll ruin my hair"

"But you just behaved like one"

"Mom I'm going to kill Ran " Tangning yelled as she chased Tang Ran .

"Kill who? don't lay your hand on my precious grandson " Grandpa Tang yelled Frome inside his room .

"Granpaaa" Tangning shouted with an agrieved expression on her face.
