Throughout the building, everyone working at NGRC could hear a painful scream. That scream evoked pity from everyone, yet no one dared to help the screaming man.
It has been three days since the start of the research. Dev has fallen unconscious many times due to the pain. But whenever he lost consciousness, he was woken up to see and feel the pain.
Even his body parts stopped responding to his efforts. He could feel his death approaching. He screamed in pain, but he never let a tear fall out of his eyes during these three days.
All the researchers look tired. They were not able to gain anything in these three days of research. Dev's body structure was different from Gnomes. Gnomes have hearts in their heads which wasn't the case for Dev. They couldn't find anything special in Dev's body parts except them being more powerful than the average being.
