Isshiki

Since the betrayal of his fellow Ootsutsuki Kaguya Ootsutsuki, Isshiki - A man who in his 'True' form has pale skin, a single horn curved over his head initially extending from the left side, white hair, tinged slightly blue, and most importantly, in his left eye you can see the dojutsu of the hyuga, Byakugan and in his left is his Ootsutsuki Dojutsu, in the form of a black pinwheel surrounded by yellow in his iris - has been travelling 'Earth', not our Earth, but one containing many more secrets, deciets, but most importantly an energy made off the physical and spiritual, Chakra.

Chakra is an energy that the Ootsutsuki clan has stolen for thousands of generations to sustain their greed, power and life as the members of what would be considered a parasite-like species.

The reason for this is that Chakra is an incredibly powerful ability, in some worlds being able to bend reality itself, something a small number of Ootsutsuki had seen after going to the world Pandora, though they never managed to tell any others or feel that power.

And in other worlds this power can cause physical powers to increase thousandfold by manifesting itself in physical forms, as shown on another planet named earth, much more advanced than the current one, where chakra manifest has fibres, which had consumed an Ootsutsuki colony before heading to that Earth.

As you can see these are all highly powerful forms of chakra, but they always appear due to another species, maybe interfering in the world ( Lion Turtles in Pandora ) or Chakra itself manifesting ( Life Fibres in another Earth )

And on this Earth it is due to the two runaway Ootsutsuki, one trying to use the energy of the world to rebel against the main Ootsutsuki faction and the other running away from any Ootsutsuki, trying to have her own bubble of peace, these being Isshiki and Kaguya respectfully, however due to Kaguya's cowardice she gained the power giving chakra to this world's inhabitants and almost killed Isshiki, who ran away before he could die.

The world though has continued on the path designed for it, manipulating Kaguya's children into leaving and removing known foreign entities, Hamura and Hagoromo Ootsutsuki, who created two new lineages on this planet, one being the inferior sharingan, inferior to the original which Ootsutsuki have, the second being the byakugan, that almost all Ootsutsuki have as well although this usually classes them as better due to the perception it gives.

Moving to Isshiki, he is in his 'human' form, which has a skin tone often seen in, what has only been known as, the land of fire, for a few decades, black hair colour and is now lacking his horn, he has just finished with a girl from the hyuga clan and is leaving her, they have no emotional ties, except for lust, however they now have both unknowingly made a 'bond'.

- Time skip : 9 months, 1 week, 5 days etc : January 6th -

In a similar fashion to most people of this world, the baby was obviously born from their mothers vagina, who had to go through immense pain, however only to die afterwards.

Although in this world medical facilities have not been made, due to this Hyuga's family the child will still be cared for and taken care of, however this will not mean they will truly care for this as their daughter/ sister/ aunt has only been in her current relationship for 8 months, showing this child is a bastard ( this is meant to be crossed out -> )or is simply born early, yes is a bastard as they are not knowledgeable of the human reproductive ways to formulate a true opinion, although this like many other times is true, he is a bastard.

At birth the child is shown to have a paler tone of skin, further showing his distance from his 'family' and a few months later they notice that unlike any other hyuga he has pale blue hair.

Years pass and slowly a small horn grows from the right side of his head, yet no one in the family can tell under his bunch of hair, nor would they understand how ironic this is due to them never seeing the true form of his father.

- Time skip : 10 years, the rest doesn't matter -

Since his most recent birthday of 10 years, Gindō Hyuga ( meaning silver path, due to his hair, and ironically how he strays from the hyuga path ) has been learning the techniques of thee hyuga with the branch members, often being the odd one out with his faded blue hair, and lightly blue iris', barely noticeable to none clan members who aren't uchiha.

He is often seen with a grin or general 'happy behaviour, however this is a facade, a way to hide talents and seperate himself slowly from his horrid clan, which had not yet formed their later famed seal, the caged bird seal, so he would and could leave sooner.

Due to the change in how ranks work in this time period as they have not founded ninja villages, nor do ninja even exist, but are considered military or mercenaries instead the average student here is still tier 1, but could be bordering on tier 2 or in fact at tier 2 but that would only be for geniuses, which luckily Gindō could be considered, due to his genetics boosting him.

- Time skip : 4 years, Gindō Hyuga turns 14 -

Due to Gindō staying low, he is only sent to war or military training at 14 like most, bot not any later because he isn't considered 'important' enough to develop more, so far Gindō has learnt how to turn on his 'Byakugan', however it is different from ordinary Byakugan, being that it causes him to gain pacific blue irises, an slight markings, as though to mark the pupil outlines, although under any circumstances they stay in the same position so that isn't the case as pupils often expand and shrink,

he has learnt basic taijutsu that the military of that clan and nation teach, just due to the clan it happens to be better,

he has learnt tenketsu points, but much fewer and more rough estimates of locations,

finally he has learnt ninshu of high capacity, so that it can do harm, for each element, lightning and water being most effective, although water was only later bettered, these being coating the palm in said chakra, electricity to transfer voltage and act like a high powered taser, and a thin water layer combined with very, very basic and early forms of the mystic palm jutsu, for healing, fireball ninshu to spit fire at enemies, ripping pieces of earth from the ground and firing them as weapons and finally wind coating and expelling to disperse the wind around you in case of mist and fog, as well as coating weapons with wind chakra to sharpen them.

While this is both more than what academy students will be able to obtain in the future, but much less than what would be expected for what will eventually be known as jounin, this if used efficiently, which Gindō definitely can, can grant someone jounin in the past, and tier 2 here.
