"If your store can't change all of your staff, there's no need for this branch to remain open," 

Qin Yichen's words made everything clear to the manager. They had offended this great lord. And their offence wasn't anything small. 

All of the staff had shocked expressions on their faces as they looked at their manager kneeling down. 

"What are you lot doing? Kneel down and apologise to the president!" He hollered angrily while also blaming himself.

He had gotten complaints about the conduct of the staff for a while. But all of them had banded together.

Anytime he got a complaint, neither of them would be willing to speak up about who had committed the offence. 

In the end, he would have no choice but to give up. 

The cycle had gone on for months as he couldn't fire everyone. 

It had also not caused too much of a big deal as they would only bully people they felt were poor and powerless.
