Slip and died
Genesis dried her hair with a towel as she walked downstairs for dinner. When she arrived she found Aiden already putting takeout on the plates of the table.
"I assume cooking dinner didn't go well." She teased.
He shook his head and ran his fingers through his hair, taking his seat and signaling her to come forward.
"Nope. It went badly." With a sigh, he brought her into his lap and held her waist.
She laughed and accommodated herself before turning to the food, where she started to explain what she had learned from Andrew.
When she was done silence followed her.
"An island?" Aiden furrowed his eyebrows.
"Yes, I'm not understanding much of this but I figured with your help, it could be easier."
"I've never heard of this, are you sure he's telling the truth."
