In the Black Clan Family head office...
"What is happening? Why can't we find those kidnappers? It's been a week!" Austin Black shouted in anger. He vowed to seek revenge against anyone involved in the kidnapping of his son, Alex.
"Calm down, brother-in-law. This doesn't seem like a simple kidnapping. If it were, they would have demanded a ransom. There seems to be an ulterior motive to all of this. I have discovered something. Several cases of people with mutant abilities have gone missing. And it's not just limited to our clan; other clans have reported missing individuals too. Initially, we thought it was the work of wild Pokémon, but now we suspect they were also kidnapped," Walter White explained. While angered by the kidnapping of his nephew, Walter approached the situation with a more level-headed approach, investigating the missing persons cases.
"But why Alex? If they want members of the Black Clan, there are plenty who aspire to become Pokémon trainers. If one of them went missing, it would be assumed to be the work of wild Pokémon, and they would forget about it," Austin pondered. He couldn't understand why his son was specifically targeted. "What could they be after?" Suddenly, a realization struck Austin.
"Yes, I have been thinking the same thing," Walter responded, there thoughts coming together.
"First, call back all the members of the family or increase security," Austin instructed the head butler, who had overheard their conversation.
"As you wish, master," the butler replied before leaving the room.
"Alex, hang in there. We will find and rescue you," both men thought, determination etched across their faces.
Back in the underground lab...
"It has been a week, and not much has happened apart from being moved to an all-white room. This isn't so bad; they provide me with good food to keep me healthy and well-fed. I've even been able to improve my martial arts skills. There are many things to learn in this family. While training, I heard a voice coming from the speaker.
"Wow, good martial arts skills there. You don't seem like you're kidnapped at all," the voice sarcastically remarked.
"Thanks to you, I've managed to stay in shape," I retorted, my own sarcasm dripping from the words.
"Haha, you make the perfect person for this experiment," the voice responded, exhibiting excitement and a hint of nervousness.
"And are you nervous that my family will find you?" I questioned, attempting to provoke him to reveal more information. "What is it that you even want?"
"What a joke. Even if your family finds me, there is almost no chance that I will die or get caught. Do you know why I targeted you, instead of so many others from your family?"
"My eyes?" I replied, half-doubting the significance of my golden eyes. I hadn't found anything exceptional about them, even with access to the Black Family Library, renowned as the finest library in the world.
"Yes, it's your eyes that led to your kidnapping. Even though it risks offending powerful people and the likelihood of my plan being discovered, the power within your DNA and your eyes will make me the ultimate human. I will possess the power of both humans and Pokémon," the voice declared confidently, believing in the success of his scheme.
"What is so special about my eyes that you would go to such lengths?" I pressed, now genuinely curious.
"Do you think the five ancient clans are feared for nothing? The information they shared with you is not the whole truth. The ancestors of the five clans were blessed by powerful legendaries, granting them extraordinary abilities. However, only a few of their descendants awakened these abilities, prompting them to conceal these powers in order to avoid ridicule. You have awakened the abilities of the White Family. Your eyes are known as the Golden Eyes of Life. This ability allows you to live for up to 300 years or more and grants you powerful regeneration. If you awaken the powers of the Black Family, you will become the perfect specimen for my experiments—a human capable of achieving my goal of becoming the ultimate being," the voice explained with a tone that suggested he believed I would never make it out alive from this situation.
