Fighting with Beldum

The young man took a deep breath and said, "Electrike, Thunderbolt!"

"Roar!!"

Electrike bared its sharp fangs, and a brilliant flash of thunder gathered here, instantly transforming into a quick, dense bolt of lightning that struck Beldum directly!

"Zen Headbutt!" Bruce said with a calm expression.

"Roar."

Beldum silently regarded the incoming lightning. Its eyes froze, a faint blue light appeared on its forehead, and then a beam of blue light emerged from nowhere, meeting the lightning head-on!

Boom!

Accompanied by a tremendous roar, two waves of energy collided violently in the air, and the resounding noise was endless.

But in the next second, the blue light beam abruptly shattered Thunderbolt, striking Electrike's body with a speed comparable to lightning!

"Roar!!"

Electrike was hit, and its spirit was severely affected. Intense pain surged from within, radiating outward. It shook its head desperately, trying to rid itself of the pain.

"Take it down," Bruce ordered lightly, seizing the moment to pursue.

"Boom boom!!"

Beldum let out a low sound, and the magnetic force within its body operated swiftly, dashing in front of Electrike in an instant and crashing into it with astonishing momentum!

Electrike braced itself for the Take Down. Against Beldum, its strength was extremely weak; it was no match at all, and it flew backward several meters in an instant.

The referee quickly looked down and saw that Electrike had fallen to the ground with swirling eyes.

He swallowed hard and said in a hoarse voice, "Electrike is unable to battle, so the winner is Bruce!"

Seeing Electrike sprawled on the ground, the young man's face froze. The moment he saw Shiny Beldum, he thought Electrike wouldn't be a rival.

But he never expected it to be defeated so easily, with no resistance at all.

"Boom boom."

Beldum floated in the air, roaring excitedly, Growl, its large red eyes filled with joy.

Although it had also suffered slight damage from the Take Down move, it was negligible due to its tough skin and thick flesh.

However, as the trainer, Bruce still used healing spray to treat Beldum's wounds and restore it to its best fighting condition.

With the flickering red light, a Beedrill flapped its two pairs of thin wings and appeared on the field.

It looked like a giant wasp, with four legs, a body divided into three sections, a round head with red eyes, a yellow and black tail, and a poisonous stinger at the end.

I have to say that Beedrill's appearance is quite good, like a royal guard with two weapons, even though it often appears as a villain in animation, it is treated equally with Pangoro and Ursaring.

If it weren't for the fact that Beedrill's upper limit is a bit low and requires more effort to raise it to a high level, Bruce would seriously consider using Beedrill.

After thinking about it, Giovanni's Beedrill is the most impressive and invincible Pokemon in the bad street.

Beedrill is doubly restricted by psychic abilities; this battle should not be difficult to fight.

The voices of both sounded simultaneously.

Beedrill flapped its thin wings violently, reaching Beldum at an astonishing speed and firing two poisonous stingers at the same time.

Beldum's silver body suddenly erupted with a glow resembling Oreburgh, and the Poison Barb seemed to stab the copper wall without leaving a trace.

"What tough defense." Seeing this scene, the young man's pupils contracted, secretly astonished.

But his thoughts were fleeting; after a second, he stretched out his arms and shouted, "In that case, Beedrill, use Brutal Swing!"

It's a pity that Beldum's move set is really limited, with only a few one-way moves; otherwise, it would have more skill options when facing Beedrill.

Bruce sighed secretly but said calmly, "Zen Headbutt!"

Beldum's speed was much slower than Beedrill's, so it waited until Beedrill's silver lance swung like a storm, leaving scars on its silver body, before concentrating its thoughts on its forehead, and the dazzling blue light shone in Beedrill's eyes!

Despite Beedrill's speed, the two Pokemon were too close to dodge.

Zen Headbutt hit Beedrill directly in the face, and the frenzied psychic power shook its mind like a spiritual tsunami.

Bruce seized the opportunity, chose the classic remake, and shouted, "Beldum, take it down!"

Poor Beldum, these were the only two attack moves it had.

This is why Beldum cannot be used as an initial Pokemon, as it is too difficult to level up.

With all its strength, Beldum threw Beedrill several meters away!

Beedrill fell heavily to the ground. Under the young man's gaze, its thin wings initially trembled slightly before completely calming down.

"Beedrill is unable to battle, so the winner is Bruce!" The referee suppressed his excitement and shouted with a flag.

Here, there were no spectators or passersby, just the referee and the young man silently observing the tough Shiny Beldum.

Despite its lack of skills, it continued to win all battles for the next hour or so, without being defeated.

After several victories, Beldum's level increased to 13, and its combat power improved slightly.

"Well, it turns out that the battle club is the most suitable training place at this stage."

On the way home, Bruce recalled today's harvest, a faint smile on his face.

—"Alright, tomorrow the two Pokemon will take turns!"
