The lightning and the sun upon the cloud tops was the only brightness that day. The wind ran as if it has been restrained for time out of mind and it was determined to outrun any chaser. The hurricane started slowly, the peripheral winds rustling the trees. The hurricane had grown to a spinning behemoth over the sea. One hundred and thirty kilometre an hour winds lashed the shore, letting the villagers know that what had come before it was only a taster of its power. The excitement of earlier drained fast and reality washed cold over every face. Wanting it to stop was like pleading with a bullet. It was coming and nothing would change that.
Three individuals--Nate, Cheren, and Hugh, yet underestimated the storm hitting Driftveil City and boarded the frigate of Team Plasma.
Nate is a tall, very thin, young man. He has pale skin, very long, messy dark spiky brown hair, and brown eyes. He wears a scarlet red tennis visor with a black and white logo. The visor keeps his hair out of his face, making it fluff out of the top. His outfit consists of a cobalt blue short-sleeved jacket with beige knee length shorts, and underneath that, a shiny black wetsuit with teal accenting, that has elbow-length sleeves and nearly full-length legs, but falls short enough to show that he isn't wearing socks. He wears red and black sneakers with white laces, and carries a large white messenger bag with a blue stripe.
Cheren is a tall, slender young man with very pale skin, black eyes, and jet-black hair with a small tuft that sticks up from the top of his head.
Hugh has indigo hair that's spiked vertically. He wears a red training suit with a white collar and a single stripe running down each arm paired with dark blue riding pants that match his hair. His accessories include black finger-less gloves, red shoes with black stripes, and a white fanny pack with a red half-circle.
Upon entering, all three were surrounded by Team Plasma grunts of the reformed and followers of Ghetsis. They came from the pole of the flag, the backdoor, and the stern.
"Look what we have here," Professor Sophie came by last from the deck with her Magnezone.
"Give me back my sister's Pokemon!" Hugh shouted.
Professor Sophie chuckled. "That Pokemon is long gone."
"What a bother," Cheren said.
Hugh tapped his friend's shoulders. "Back me up on this, okay?"
The trainer nodded and straightened his posture.
"No one can stop Team Plasma's goals! Get them boys!"
The grunts of Team Plasma began charging their Pokemon directly at them.
