The icy grey sky restlessly grumbled. The thick blackened clouds were dragged down by the heavy rain which is held in its delicate frame. The clouds which struggled to withstand the burden of the weight which the rain held, soon gave in.
The rain poured down over the region with a roar. The sound of emptiness was disrupted by the loud gregarious boom of thunder. The cold icy rain pierced her pale and wet skin. She ran across the slippery path, her posture weakened by the weight of her soaked clothes. The quality of darkness shifted in the sky but the rain kept pouring. The harsh rain obliterated the crystal reflection of the sky and turned it into a disorientated chaos.
I was more worried about the flute rather than falling off my Salamence. Arceus is my aim and without the flute, Team Rocket's done for but! We still have option two and that is Dialga and Palkia. Veilstone City is just kilometer from we're at and so far, the wind is tough for our Pokemon to handle but despite this, the champion was determined to help the Pokemon International Police while I and Zinnia wait in the sky.
Eight meters from behind, Logan came zooming at full speed as he sought to reach all four of us in front. Though the wind was harsh, it wasn't harsh enough to defeat Pelipper's powerful wings and unusual large beak. Its eyes are somewhat strange, making it look like some weird bird. Not even its head makes any sense.
Though if you mess with it, you're pretty much ending up either as its food or a victim of the flood it can cause with its wide and large yellow beak. Its previous evolution looks way more adorable and I think it is only me who has a problem with the bird. Maybe because I was attacked by one in the park after innocently trying to feed it.
"Luna, behind you!" out of nowhere, Dawn addressed me. I looked behind and saw an incoming bullet from an unidentified aircraft heading towards me and the champion. Our Pokemon quickly glided, dodging the bullet as it fell back to the lands of Sinnoh but to my surprise, the aircraft doesn't belong to Jenny.
The aircraft is just like a normal jet and the pilot was obviously a male so it can't be Jenny. There was a Raichu symbol and this gives me the creeps. Hopefully, Jenny hasn't started an organization of her own to stop me. The aircraft persistently tried to shoot us while we, on the other hand, tried to dodge them.
"Okay, is that from your friend?" Zinnia queried.
"No, definitely not her. The pilot's a male but the logo is as those of her unidentified foreign object." I replied. Another bullet came at us, making us separate for a moment.
"AC34, you have the lead." the pilot who tried to shoot us talked to his walkie talkie and from above, another unidentified aircraft appeared. It was a woman this time but her hair was long and blonde, definitely not Jenny but then again, the logo is similar.
"Leave this to me." said, the woman as another round of bullets went straight for us.
Then from behind the male pilot's jet, a horizontal water geyser punched it. It entered the pilot's systems and corrupted the engine, shutting down the vehicle as it descends back to Earth. "Well, I'm out." replied the pilot to the female one.
"Ah! Forget the mission, I'll come back for her next time. She'll be angry once she hears about this." uttered the female pilot as she left the skies without a clue.
"Luna, you guys alright?" Logan appeared, the one responsible for saving us against the first agent.
"Yeah, thanks a lot. Who on Earth just planned to attack us?" I thought.
"Something far worse than Team Galactic I presuppose but then again, we have to head to Veilstone City as soon as possible." the champion reminded.
"No, Ms. Cynthia. Cyrus is in the Spear Pillar, he captured Lucas and the rest of Team Rocket out of nowhere. Their plan was to trick you to go to Veilstone so that there wouldn't be anyone to interrupt as so as the detective and his assistant back in the city." Logan warned.
"Impossible! I thought they- they- Ah! Forget it, come on, we have to hurry back before Cyrus unleashes total abomination to this world." Cynthia became angry, one of the most rarest expressions of her you'll ever see.
"Right. And what's worse is that they have the Lake Guardians with them, all three!" Logan added to his warning.
We made a U-turn, heading back to Mt.Coronet as we wondered who tried to attack in the first place. Zooming in the speed of light, well not literally but the safety of the twins, yet again it appeared in my mind. Those prodigies must be doing something by now with that keen intelligence of theirs.
