Palkia appeared behind Ace and slashed down with a Spacial Rend while Ace turned to the side, looking at Palkia, "Huh?"

Before anyone could do anything else, Arceus appeared.

Ace, Dialga, and Palkia froze as Arceus looked at them.

There was a silence and Arceus shook his head, sending Dialga and Palkia away. He looked at Ace.

Ace landed on the ground and rubbed his chin, Cynthia ran over, "Are you okay?" Ace nodded and muttered, "Unfortunately, I didn't actually do any damage. It's really a sad thing…" Cynthia nearly collapsed, you're the only human to punch a Dialga, you're alright!

Ace coughed and looked at her, "By the way, don't tell anyone." Cynthia rolled her eyes and nodded, "I know." Ace nodded and smiled, "By the way, why are you here?" Cynthia pointed at the sky, "I came here for nothing… Obviously!"

Ace chuckled and walked away, yawning, "Well, you have a vacation again." Cynthia walked next to him, rolling her eyes, "Yeah, right. Now that I'm back I have to work again. I only get a few Vacations, if they know I came back, I'll have to work again."

Ace rubbed his neck, sighing, "See? That's why I don't think it's worth it. You can be strong and not be the Champion, right? It's such a hassle." Cynthia spread her palms with a smile, "Actually, I don't mind it. I like doing it, I'd just like a longer break, you know?"

Ace nodded and patted her shoulder, "Gotcha. Have you heard of Stockholm Syndrome?" Cynthia's lips twitched and Ace chuckled, "But anyway, did you find anything new?" Cynthia touched her cheek, "No… I've been busy going through the files on the Ruins you visited. There's a lot of good research that can be marked down from them."

Ace sighed and rubbed his neck, "I… I'm ready bored here, Cynthia!" Cynthia laughed and patted his back, giving him a thumbs up, "You're lucky you don't have my job! You wouldn't even have the time to be bored!" Ace wilted, pouting as Cynthia laughed at him.

As they left the Hisui Area, Cynthia waved for the researchers to return as they handled the problem. The researchers were ecstatic and happy, returning to their posts. Ace looked around and muttered, "I didn't see these guys when I wandered inside…"

Cynthia ignored him with an eye roll as Ace leaned over, asking, "How about your little problem?" Cynthia frowned and muttered, "It's a little problem but he's not in Sinnoh anymore." Ace was confused, "Huh?"

Cynthia looked at him and rubbed her nose, "I heard he went to Galar." Ace froze and smiled, "I just remembered, I have something to do! Haha!" Cynthia ignored him, "There were faint signs of something wrong, but it didn't evolve into brainwashing just yet… It's like a mysterious power that makes you have a favorable impression of him."

Ace grinned with shut eyes, "Mhm!" as he walked away quickly, disappearing.

Cynthia looked at the foot print in the stone and touched her forehead, "Oh boy. Well…" honestly she wasn't too happy either. This was basically brainwashing at a slow pace. She was actually very angry, in fact.

Ace waved, "Yeah, doesn't matter. Listen, did you meet a skinny guy with eyes that look like lines? Black Hair, Black Eyes." Bea touched her chin, "Hm? Now that you mention it, there was a guy… Qin Yuelong? He looks nice."

Ace's eyes twitched and he smiled, "Yeah? That's good. I have to go, Bea… Is Lucario with you?" Lucario appeared in frame, "Luca?" Ace looked at Lucario and Lucario was dumbfounded, looking at Bea as Ace hung up.

Ace looked at his phone and snorted, making a call, "Qin Yuelong. Black Hair, Black Eyes. Slanted Eyes. Out of place clothing. In Galar. 500 Million."

A garbled voice said, "Alive?" Ace snorted coldly, "Doesn't matter. If not alive, I want to see his corpse. Let me remind you, if you send one after the other, you'll get exposed. Send as many as possible and I'll double the reward." The voice on the other end was silent for a moment before saying lightly, "Done."

Ace hung up and frowned, he should've just taken this guy out when he was in front of him.

Galar Pokemon were very rare in other regions. This is why there were so many. They go for exorbitant amounts of money. For example; buying a Dreepy out of region would cost you around 300 million.

This problem can only be fixed by someone going in and rooting them all out one by one. But other than Poaching Pokemon, they didn't try to take over the world. Only doing some other jobs for money.

After all, everyone had mouths to feed. Ace understood this too. He wasn't a Virgin Mary at any rate, putting a bounty on someone's head was a simple matter. Especially a scum like this. There was no psychological burden.

It was like using bad guys to get rid of bad guys.

If he was exposed… Ace shrugged. He didn't care. Cynthia was nearly brainwashed and he was 90% sure this would get swept under the rug. If news came out that you can brainwash the Champion with Pokemon, the Alliance would have a huge problem.
