Charisma can accelerate the relationship between you and your pokemons, Once your Charisma is high Your Pokemons will easily befriend you, even if you just catch them, but if your Charisma is low or negative, it is very hard to befriend some pokemon. Charisma can be level up by winning battles and improving the closeness between you and your pokemons and completing quest given by the NPCs. It however can decrease, if your pokemons are always defeated in pokemon battles or if do not take care of your pokemons or failed to finish quest assigned to you. Charisma also affects the degree of difficulty of obtaining quest from NPCs. Some NPC will ignore you if your Charisma is low or negative.

Leadership can enhanced the overall attributes of your pokemons. When leadership is high The attributes of your Pokemon can multiply many times, and your pokemon will follow all your commands, but if your leadership is negative or low, The Pokemons sometimes will not listen to your commands specially when doing a battle. It can be level up if you always win a Pokemon battle.

Luck can enhanced the items drop rate from defeated Pokemons, also increase the rate of encountering rare and valuable Pokemons. It can also enhance the success rate of catching a Pokemon. Maybe you are wondering why? Pokemon is very hard to catch, It is not like the one in pokemon anime that you just need to throw a poke ball and that it. Here an empty PokeBall can be only used three times. Once falled to catch Pokemon it will automatically teleported back to the inventory and you fail to catch with it for three times, it will disappear permanently. luck cannot be level up, you can only increase your like if rewarded during events or quest by NPCs

Appraisal is an eyes skill that can helps you obtain information of Pokemons and items, you can only view informations of Pokemon and item that corresponds to the level of your appraisal skills. It can only be used 20 times per day.

it growl's, and blink it's eyes while looking at me curiously. Right in front of me stand a small pokemon about the height of my knee, it's head is burning with fire, yeah cool pokemon indeed.

(kidding aside) I Pat it's head (luckily I am not burnt) and said I want to be your partner and friend, the two of us are going to adventure and travel to every single part of this world.

When affection Increase to 10, The Pokemon will become Friendly to you and will obey most of your commands. Yeah by naming my pokemon I just increase my attributes immediately easy peasy.
