S2E16:Goldenrod City

It wasn't long before Foxx, Brock and Misty had reached Goldenrod City and slipped into the pokecenter and were looking around for Jessie and James. Yet all the could find was an elderly couple with Officer Jenny so they decided to go see if they'd see the troublesome duo.

"Officer Jenny I know you're most likely busy but I was wondering if you'd seen the dynamic duo who traveled with us on the train?" asked Foxx.

"Oh Foxx I'm so glade you came with Brock and who's this with you?" asked Jenny as if she'd not heard Foxx's question.

"Hay lady I know you're glade to have your boyfriend back to help you with some mission but that doesn't mean you need to ignore our friend's question!" snapped Misty.

"Sorry about her Officer Jenny, she tends to over react sometimes." apologized Foxx, before then gesturing to Misty and adding, "Her name is Misty and she is the Cerulean City Gym Leader."

"Oh, so we'll have two gym leaders helping us as well as the Champion of The Battle On The Train." exclaimed Jenny.

"Actually Officer Jenny I'm here to help some old friends with a problem-" started Foxx only to be cut off by Jenny holding up a hand.

"I know why you're here then. I figured Brock invited you to join him for I couldn't explain things to him over the phone just that I needed his help for a special mission." explained Jenny before gesturing to the elderly couple and adding, "It seems our friends here reached out to you separately."

"So they decided on disguises to avoid detection?" questioned Brock.

"No it was her idea." sighed the old man.

"Can we just please get to the issue at hand?" asked the elderly lady standing up and with a hint of sadness in her voice.

"Yes, please sit and I'll discuss the matter." replied Jenny motioning to a group of seats that had been prepared for them, and once everyone was seated she continued. "As you most likely are aware by now Jessie and James from Team Rocket need our help. It seems the local Admin doesn't care for them and took away their pokemon including Meowleth-"

"Serves them right." interrupted Misty.

"That doesn't matter, we have to help." scolded Foxx before smiling and asking, "What's the plan?"

"Well we don't have one to be honest." confessed Jenny, "Where hopping you'd be able to come up with a way in and out without an all out battle with the Johto branch of Team Rocket."

"I think I might be able to come up with a solution but it will take some time to set up." replied Foxx with a grin.

"But why should we even help them. They deserve this for every time they tried to steal everyone else's pokemon?" asked Misty.

"Simple, we're not Team Rocket. If we sit by and do nothing then we might as well join them because we're no better then them. No, I'll help because evil only wins when the good stand by and do nothing." replied Foxx before getting up and turning to leave.
