Y/n looked at his paper, mentally reading the contents on the paper "Advanced Pokémon School Entrance Exam; Welcome to the Advanced Pokémon School Entrance Exam! This challenging exam will test your knowledge, skills, and readiness for a rigorous education at our school. Answer each question to the best of your abilities" He read in his head as he looked at the questions 

Section 1: Pokémon Knowledge

"That was the test? Really?! That stuff was baby knowledge! Whatever, I can just relax now" he said quietly, turning over his paper and just spinning his pencil around looking at everyone around. He noticed a select few had finished the test as quick as him, a purple haired boy, a auburn haired kid, a ravenette, a redhead, and a few others. "Well, seems like this school might have some actual fun people" he said as he smirked, imagining the amazing challenges he would face in the school. The Pokémon battles, the battle of academic intelligence, and test… because unfortunately that's also a thing here. Now having nothing left to do, y/n decided to busy himself with the pencil he used to circle his answers. As he began to spin the pencil around his hand, his mind drifted into daydreaming and memory's. His dreams were simple, fighting strong people, both with Pokémon and just their hands and legs. He knew that this school also taught students martial arts, due to some incident years ago that made the news, however he couldn't exactly remember what the news was all about. 

But his memories were the ones that left him in a silent trance. His mind wonder off to his young days, where he competed in a joke pokemon league made for kids around his age during the time. Y/n, with only something as weak as a raticate and Starly, he won the league. Course that brought him a lot of popularity in his town, more friends, and some even paid him for interviews, sponsorships, or just battles. However, y/n was never a 'Very' energetic guy. He'd get tired and that apparently wasn't acceptable to the people around him, not to mention his parents. Y/n face palmed before grabbing the pencil and distracting himself by drawing on the back of a paper "Hey, what's the answer to number 5?" A boy sitting next to him whispered to him. Y/n turned to see who was talking to him, the boy wore a hat that covered most of his black hair, peachy… white..? Skin color with two sideways black lighting bolt shaped markings under his eyes "D" "Awesome! Thanks!" He said as he circled D. Y/n looked at the top of the kids paper to see his name "..Ash Ketchum.."
