Riding with the Alpha

~SELENA'S POV~

He grinned at me while I scoffed in disbelief. Like what the f***?

What is this f****** guy doing in front of me right now in our sitting room? Okay! He's got to be kidding me.

"You didn't tell me you had made more friends sweetie" Mom smiled, and I shook my head in disbelief.

More friends? Did this as*hole tell my Mom that we're friends? This f****** can't be. My Mom knows that I'm not the type that likes making friends. I'm sure she's very happy that I'm making friends.

"Actually, I didn't...." I stammered still glaring hard at Jayden. He's probably so happy that I'm being put in a hot seat all because of him.

"Of course I know him Mom. He's in the same class with Selena, and he once dropped us off home" Stella cut in, and I clenched my fist. How the hell did I forget that my twin sisters knows him?

"He did? That's so nice of him. Thank you so much my dear" Mommy smiled broadly at him, and that made me freaking angry.

"You don't have to worry ma'am, I'll do my best to take care of the girls" Jayden turned his gaze to my Mom who looked absolutely happy to see him. I felt like punching him hard in the face when I heard what he said.

"I didn't know you have such a considerate friend Lena. When did you get to know each other?" My Mom continued, and I cupped my forehead on my hand with a deep sigh.

"Uhm... Actually Mom, I just met Jayden yesterday. Isn't that right Jayden?" I turned to him with a fake smile, and he snorted.

"You got to meet him yesterday? How is that even possible, Selena? Have you forgotten he drove us home last week?" Stella arched her eyebrows, and I burst into false laughter again.

"Oh that's right! You know I... I... I forgot that..." I kept laughing like a lunatic trying to cover myself up.

"You see, I was just telling your Mom how good your grades are in school. To be honest, she's quite impressed" Jayden gave me a mischievous grin, and I gritted my teeth.

"Mom, Jayden and I need to go. We're actually new project partners. So we have to work hard on our project" I could feel my hands shaking. I tried as much as I could to get a grip of myself so that my Mom and twin sister won't be able to comprehend what was going on.

I grabbed Jayden's wrist, and began dragging him out slowly. Furthermore, I need to get this god-damned Alpha out of my house this instant before he lands me in trouble.

"I'll see you again ma'am" Jayden smiled at my Mom while he smiled evilly at me. I swear, I'll kill this guy.

"You're never going to see her again, so there's no point talking about a next time" I whispered in between gritted teeth, and he smirked as soon as we headed outside.

"Hey! Are you going to school already without me?" Stella yelled out, and I ran off without looking at her.

I grabbed Jayden's hand, and turned to him sharply.

"What are you f****** doing here, Jayden?" I let go of his hand forcefully glaring at him with annoyance all over my face. He was only smiling mischievously, and that freaked me out the more.

"Why, Dollie? Are you scared that your Mom already likes me?" He snorted, and I clenched my fist in anger.

"No! You listen to me. Don't you dare get my Mom involved in this. Leave my Mom out of this f****** madness of yours, you punk" I sneered at him, and he scoffed.

"Do what I want, and then no one gets hurt Dollie. It's just so simple, but you keep making it sound so difficult" He said those words taking out his car key from his pocket. He turned to his Lamborghini, and opened it with the key.

"Are you coming or not, Dollie?" He winked at me, and I arched my eyebrows in anger. What does he want from me? I'm just a poor girl who came all the way to study in that god-damned wolf's school of theirs.

"Don't bother! Yvonne promised to pick me up" I lied trying to discharge him. He burst into laughter, and I turned my gaze away.

"Did she?" He walked closer to me, and I stepped backwards with wrinkled eyebrows.

"What? You... You think I'm lying?" I maintained my ground with a shaky voice though.

"You're really a bad liar, aren't you?" He said those words with an emotionless voice. I couldn't even identify if he was angry or not.

"What do you mean.. I... I.... Likewise, I wasn't...." I stuttered. Okay! Furthermore, I know I'm actually lying because Yvonne never told me that.

"Yvonne did? Well, from what I know she won't be coming to school today because she's going out of town with her parents. So, I wonder where and when she told you she'll be here, or do you have any explanation to give your twin sister considering why you said I met you only yesterday" He eyed me, and I stopped moving backwards. If I should continue then I'll end up implicating myself, because I would definitely land my back on that noisy gate. He got close to me, and grabbed my wrist pushing me straight into the opened car. I gave him a death stare, but of course, that doesn't scare a cat talk more of a werewolf Alpha. But wait a minute, how did he know exactly where Yvonne went to?

"Where the f*** are you taking me?" I managed to speak immediately he got into the car.

"You'll see Dollie" He grinned, and I raised an eyebrow in annoyance.

"Are you f****** crazy? How many times do you want me to remind you that my name is Selena. You should address me by my name, you jerk" I flared up, and he rolled his eyes.

"No one cares" He increased the acceleration of the car, and I end up grabbing the dashboard in fear due to the speed.

"Can I ask you a question, Jayden?" I spoke with fear this time no matter how hard I try to suppress the fear.

"You can, but that doesn't mean that you'll get an answer" He replied staring seductively at my exposed laps in front of him...
