Her sorrow....
She continued to cry, her shoulders heaving as she tried to contain her thick sobs. He saw that her eyes were swollen. He felt helpless as he watched her crying and didn't know how to make her feel better. He was never good at comforting others, so he didn't know what to do.
He didn't know how to deal with her. He felt helpless. But he was determined to console her.
Just then the nurse came to them hurriedly.
"Mr Richards… " she called by his name. Cameron turned towards him and looked at the tensed expression of the nurse. Ava stopped crying and looked at her face.
" What is the matter? " Cameron asked, suspecting something was wrong.
" Doctor is calling both of you…" She informed him and disappeared from the place. He sensed something was wrong with Garry. He rushed to the room and Ava ran after him.
