Storing water

"You can leave now. I'd like to be alone." Alita dismissed Tima and Sahel after her meal. She could feel that thirst for blood returning and she didn't want them to see her in that condition.

The two women lowered their heads before exiting the room, leaving her alone. She stood up from the couch and began to slowly pace about the room. The thirst was barely noticeable at first, but as time passed, she could feel it increasing gradually. 

No one knew about what was happening to her now except Axel. And no way she was going to ask anyone else for help. She would have to wait until Axel comes to see her.

After waiting for more than two hours and Axel didn't show up, she became impatient and worried too. It felt kind of odd for Axel to have not shown up to bother her. Was he staying away from her because she didn't marry him willingly? If so then, he shouldn't have woken up this side of her. How could he do this to her and then suddenly decide to leave her alone?
