Resting in peace

Nothing could have prepared Axel for the sight that welcomed his eyes when he appeared in the courtyard. His jaws instantly became slack and his eyes rounded at the number of dead bodies in the courtyard. But he was not the only one.

Also shocked to the bone were Fred, Sienna, and Marcel, who he had personally brought along with him to Creola. The three men literally had their mouth open and eyes stretched to maximum as they beheld the sight before them. 

The courtyard looked like a dumping ground for dead bodies. There was no blood, just lifeless people scattered everywhere. Their eyes moved to the person who was responsible, and their blood ran cold when they saw her talking to a dead boy before tossing him like a piece of ragdoll.

A few seconds after Axel appeared, Asher arrived the scene with Alexa and Zica. The same expression Axel and his group had were duplicated on their faces, except that it wasn't as shocking to Zica and Alexa.
