Tremor-Tremor Fruit is a paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to create control and shape Vibrations or Quakes, making the human Tremor human.

The fruit is fearsomely reputed to be able to destroy the world and is considered to be the strongest Devil fruit within the paramecia class, having powers no weaker than those of a Logia Devil Fruit.

Tremor Human, can use Quake or Vibration from every part of his body. And this Vibration won't do any damage to himself as he literally is Vibration.

So when objects vibrate to a molecular level, it would allow them to phase through solid objects.
