Chapter 11

"Kay." She called

That what he doesn't like. Nobody dares call him that apart from one person which it's mother. She called him that before, he wanted to loose it and yell at her but she might be angry and leave him. So to avoid that he had to pretend like it was his mother that called him. Now again she did the same but he seems to be enjoying the way she pronounce it when. When she told him to bring the t-shirts he just teleported to his room. That because when she was enjoying the water, he teleported to his room to look for a shirt that will perfectly fit her. When she emerge from the bathroom, she looks like the goddess of water. The t-shirts was just below her upper thigh, her leg were luscious and delicate. She dragged the tip of the shirt when she felt his gaze roaming her body, her clothes were piled in her arm.

"Let's go." She said waking up from his train of thought.

He laid down on the bed as soon as they entered the room facing the wall so he wouldn't admire her while she continues reading the book she was reading. Can't she just stop reading that damn book and just cuddle him to sleep. Arguing with her is better than just watch her shadow flip through the pages. He tried using his psychometric power so he would find a way to lure her to sleep but it wasn't working. Why? Who is she? Everything is blank, he couldn't even hear her heartbeat, it was very difficult to hear it. He is barely touching the wall, he has adjusted enough so she will feel comfortable enough to sleep but she isn't understanding anything. He don't want to sleep without her cuddling him because of those dreams. His grandfather is just waiting for him to close his eyes and with that his plan will work sending him all those tormenting dreams, but if she's beside him the dreams wouldn't come. She is an hinderance to those dreams.

Finally, she seems to be feeling sleepy because she off the lamp and came to lay on the bed. At last, the emptiness he felt some minute ago was gone. She slept at the edge of the bed, he waited for her to be in deep slumber before he does anything. After waiting for some minute, he placed his large arm on her waist drawing her nearer to him and preventing her from falling. He held her tightly but gently as if he doesn't want to let go of her forever. He kissed her name before he joined her in her slumber.

It was 7:00am when I woke up. Oh God! I have to leave now, the day is becoming bright. A strong arm was around my waist preventing me from standing, I hit something hard behind me. It took me sometimes before I realized I was in Kayish room. I placed my hand on his hand so I could remove his arm but it was useless, he didn't even shift a muscle instead he dragged me nearer.

"Kay."

"Please don't leave now, you can stay a little longer. It's weekend."

"Hmm."

One part of me wanted to leave but the stronger part wanted me to stay in his arm because I feel secure. I drifted back to sleep.

I feel complete emptiness beside me. Kay wasn't beside me anymore, my eyes drifted to the alarm clock, it was 10:20am. I scanned the whole room in search for Kayish but he wasn't there, where could he be? I'm still on his shirt, I love the shirt, it smells like... nothing... Just Kayish. Actually I haven't smelt anything like this except Kayish. Yesterday I didn't have enough time to admire the shirt because he was beside me through out. I hugged myself tightly so the scent will envelope me. The door flung opened, there he was as handsome as ever.

' Adorna, why are you thinking if such ' I thought hitting my head inwardly.

He closed the door and walked towards me.

"Good morning." He greeted.

Why is he greeting me? It seems as if he doesn't know what to say but it was odd for him greetings me.

"Morning." I replied standing.

"Thank you."

"For..."

"Staying with me."

"Ooh."

"Will you like to eat anything."

"No."

"Just accept it as a gift for you staying."

"Ok. But I will like to change."

"Ok, I will leave you." He said leaving.

I was reluctant to remove his shirt but I have to do so I hurriedly dressed up. There wasn't any clothes to put on apart from the clothes I wore last night. After dressing up, I went out to meet, he was waiting patiently behind the door

"Let's go"

"Ok." He said holding my hand.

People were in the hallway but they didn't say anything, they acted as if they didn't see anything. It feels somehow because back when he came to the cafeteria, people were surprised to see him and for him now holding my hand they are meant to be chattering, something feels wrong. I don't know I just had the feeling he did something. I followed him to were his car was parked

The restaurant wasn't empty like yesterday, we settled in an empty beside a guy and girl. They look lovely together, the girl was blushing really hard as if the guy said something funny.

"Here's your food." The waiter said placing the order on the table.

I didn't even know when he ordered for the food. I grabbed my fork and dug it inside the food. I tried not to make eyes contact with him even when I felt his gaze on him. Soon I was done eating, he hasn't eaten half of his food.

"Is anything wrong with the food?" I asked curiously

"Will you come tonight?"

What's he saying, he is expecting me to come tonight again. Why? I'm not coming to go over to his dorm. How will I be sleeping with someone I don't know?

"No, I mean... I have a lot of things to do."

"Like what?

"Ehm... like my laundry..." I don't know what to say.

"Then I will come"

A deep part of me wants to accept the offer but I know it's dangerous. I don't know anything about him. I don't know who is he.

"No, I'm leaving." I said leaving.

I don't want to involve in any argument with this damn handsome guy. I know I don't know the way but surely I'm gonna find the way back. As I tried taking a step someone held my hand.

"Let me take you back to your dorm."

I wanted to protest but he pulled me before I could utter anything. He opened the passenger sit and made me sit.

Wait, how did he reach me that fast. I made sure I walked fast enough sure i walked fast enough so he wouldn't reach me. I stared at him as he accelerate the car and the engine roared loudly. The journey to the dorm to the dorm was so long and lonely, the radio was off. I wanted to bring up a conversation but I don't know what to say cause there are lot of question in my head to ask him.

"Thank you." I said when he pulled up in front of my dorm.

He didn't say anything. I got down and walked into my dorm, his car is still parked there, isn't he going? I turned to look back but I couldn't see through because his glass is tinted but no doubt he is staring at me.

Nessa was in the room with her girls. Oh God! What of Chloe, I haven't heard from her since last night. Maybe, she's with Jake.
