Satharus rode restlessly on his fastest horse for two nights to get to Zach's Kingdom, formally known as Dragonbreath. Words of his gallant entrance into the kingdom became the topic of every bearer of that news, which approximately adds up to an entire Kingdom. His suspenseful entrance left an entire kingdom in awe in the wake of an earnest curiosity.
To this day, no son or daughter, ever born in Dragonbreath, ever saw Satharus's fear.
They wondered what could spike a horrendous reaction of extreme fear, from a formal fearless warrior, like Satharus. And it even reflected not only his reactions but the expression of horror on his entire face as well.
Almost none so far, who was ever granted the honor, to witness all the legendary bravery of Satharus, didn't stop to wonder, with regards to what could be chasing after him, to appear out of nowhere, after two decades of hiding away from the world.
Satharus was a formal legend, one of the mightiest warriors, Dragonbreath had ever nurtured in its wake. He was a noble courageous commander, who won countless wars in his wake to rid Dragonbreath of all its enemies, which he did with complete success.
Enemies even fear plotting war against their kingdom or attempting to go near it with evil plots or conspiracies.
His loyalty and the sense of duty, he devoted to free the Dragonbreath Kingdom of any recurrent dangers, was yet to be untold or ever questioned.
Throughout the years, Satharus's intellect and resilience saved the kingdom from its numerous threats in the past. He made the kingdom impenetrable and brought all its enemies to their knees.
The mention of his name invokes fear into the hearts of enemies and alleviates happiness in every heart in Dragonbreath, except the current King.
The current King was like a puppet in the wake of Satharus's fame. He feared for his throne, as the fame of Satharus grew stronger amongst his imperial subjects. Even though Satharus's loyalty was never questioned. The King was apprehensive about any possible rebellion from Satharus, to dominate his entire rule, simply from his legendary acts and cause the downfall of the king's reign.
Therefore, the King consulted a chief amongst his imperial subjects, whose devious plots, convinced the king to banish Satharus from the Kingdom.
On the account of the chief's advice, Massive plots were set in place to destroy Satharus's good name, so it wouldn't raise any suspicions, and therefore lead to any riots or create division amongst his subjects, even though it nearly did.
The loyal subjects wouldn't accept the unruly accusations they labeled against Satharus. So it led to disarray and threats, which nearly led to a riot among themselves. The riots brewed its foundation, enormously into the hearts of the imperial subjects, until Satharus called a truce and brought an end to all the misunderstanding.
In his quest to stop these riots and free his kingdom from destruction from within, Satharus accepted all the charges of the crimes he was accused of and proposed to be banished from the Kingdom to never return, to which the king happily complied. And true to his words, Satharus never returned until today...
Back at the Castle, Satharus was given an audience with the King, and a few chiefs of the surrounding villages, to state his mission, for his sudden intrusion into the kingdom, after decades of staying away.
"Your Majesty...it was not myself I fear, but doom is upon this Kingdom...And if we do not act fast, it might be too late to even save an insect within this Kingdom." Satharus proceeded to state his claims. "An intrusion of the Mogs is upon us, as I speak, countless Kingdoms have already experienced their vicious bloodlust and unrecoverable destruction. If you would allow me once more, I would be happy and ready, to sacrifice my life to save this Kingdom once more.
The King and his imperial chiefs chuckled at Satharus's preposterous claims. They threw jokes at Satharus, for succumbing to the imaginary hasty reactions of old age.
"Your Majesty...I am serious. They have already destroyed our neighboring kingdoms, even the Renegade Kingdom held no candle to the Mog's destructive ways." Satharus proceeded to convince the King and his amused chiefs, of the impending danger upon them.
"Well, Satharus, even if you are right, which I doubt you are, how did you know? The Mogs had not broken through their boundary for centuries, and even some of the facts from the walls of history indicated their existence as a myth. Do you want to use a myth to gain back the fame you lost before? Have you not outgrown the fame you acquired all those years through old age, or do you simply miss them?." The King stated with humor, as his fellow chiefs nodded in agreement to his speech.
"I can see the spite and envy you possessed inside yourself for me, all those years had consumed you, and you do not see any reason. You would risk and condemn your kingdom, falling into destruction than believe me and accept my help to save it once more. I thought the pearls of wisdom had found their way into your rule, all these years. But you just proved me right! You have always been a contemptuously insatiable and unreliable king before, and I can see you still are." Satharus gave in his anger and conveyed his heart out, which enraged the King so much that, he ordered his knights to behead Satharus that very instant, for his foul tongue. But Satharus's fury knew no boundary. He had nothing left to lose anyway, especially if the Kingdom is already doomed on its way to destruction. He held his sword out for the brave knight who would dare approach him by obeying his King, He was ready to do his worse to that unlucky knight. Yet, none had the temerity to even attempt to move closer to him. Nobody, who saw Satharus's face in war, ever left to tell the tale. His expressions make enemies tremble from fear. He also shook the roots of all the years of fear he instilled into the hearts of every soldier in Dragonbreath, from his bravery and foresight to conquer all his battles, as well as his ruthlessness in the face of enemies in war.
"Well, since nobody is prepared to obey your order, I might as well leave. I have a kingdom to protect. What use is your kingdom without its people, and what good is your position as a king if you can't protect yourself, or your people? I would not leave the Kingdom unprotected. I am doing this for the people of this kingdom. They certainly don't deserve to be annihilated, because of an ambitious selfish king's ability to hold onto his ego, than see reason." After Satharus's statement, He left the castle to seek help from other chiefs, who would join him in the fight to save their kingdom from an incoming ruin, which might lead to its downfall.
Meanwhile, words about Satharus's audience with the King got to Zach's ears. He couldn't believe what he just heard. If it's indeed true what Satharus reported, then their kingdom is about to face its greatest peril, and it would surely not survive it. The catastrophe that might result from the invasion of the Mogs, would surely doom them all.
However, the Dragonbreath kingdom wasn't known to raise cowards, so the young vibrant busting youth of Dragonbreath, along with Zach, was amongst the few who joined Satharus on his fruitless mission, to prepare for the arrival of the monstrous beasts.
Even though they were shorthanded against mighty bloodthirsty beasts, Satharus was a wise Man, whose aim was to save even a few people from his Kingdom, to continue their lineage for many generations.
So he started by building an impenetrable tomb, the biggest underground tomb, and ordered all kinds of food and water, to be placed in a portion of the tomb, before he commenced with placing the women and children first, and placed them one after the other inside the tomb before they closed it.
Few amongst the people believed and obey to Satharu's orders, He amassed a few hundred women and kids, while the men prepared with their weapons to face the beasts.
Zach Sanander was one of the front warriors who were closest to Satharus and obeyed his every order. After the women and kids were safely placed inside the tomb for their safety, Satharus ordered them to close it. It was closed with wood before heaps of sand were poured to cover them.
Satharus gave a passionate speech later, which shook the soldiers' courage and bravery to face whatever was to come. He advise all of them to stand firm and pleaded with them, with regards to those who might survive the war, even though it was impossible, but any likely survivors, should free the women and children who were locked in the tomb, before their food and water run out, or else, there shall be none to live, to tell the tale.
Satharus even emphasized in addition to his entire speech, that, this was his last war, and he wasn't even sure if they would be victorious, but they would all face this war bravely, rather than sit around and watch their kingdom fall, and the soldiers were highly motivated by his speech.
And true to Satharus's words and warnings, the Mogs intruded upon the Dragonbreath Kingdom and caught many unaware, including the king, and his entire family was annihilated.
Even Satharus couldn't make it alive from the war and met his end. But not before he mentioned to Zach, the secret about the Thorn of TUTUS, which Zach was already aware of but wasn't sure it truly existed until Satharus confirmed it.
Due to Zach's wisdom to appreciate and study nature, he miraculously discovered a hidden knowledge of a plant known as the TUTUS. It was the rarest plant which grows only as thorns, and blossoms every thousand years with a flower, that became a remedy to cure any illness, except death. The thorns, however, were the deadliest of all poison, which took over mere humans and turn them into monstrous bloodthirsty beasts. But on the other hand, it worked on the reverse for already bloodthirsty beasts...It kills them with agony from a single poke.
The knowledge intrigued Zach which compelled him to dig deeper until he discovered every little detail of everything related to the Thorn of TUTUS.
But Zach didn't know of its location until Satharus told him where to find it.....An ancient Thorn of TUTUS.
After Satharus's death, the few survivors led by Zach took the road toward where Satharus directed him to seek the TUTUS location. He said the beasts wouldn't go near there, since it will result in their destruction.
A wise idea came to Zach when he gathered the few survivors around the tree, they built armor to protect themselves from the Thorn of TUTUS, and Zach directed them to forge weapons out of the thorns, which might help them vanquish every beast to the last drop, with a single touch.
The wisdom behind Zach's success in the entire annihilation of Monstrous beasts, which was written in the walls of history to this day, was using the thorns of Tutus to his advantage. He created weapons from the thorns which pierced into the flesh of the beasts and rendered them lifeless until every single one of them was vanquished from the face of the earth.
After the War and the successful annihilation of an entire monstrous troop, and even their traces from their kingdom, the Tutus thorns began to take a poisonous effect on the remaining survivors of the massacre. Those who accidentally came into direct contact with the thorns, some were even poked by the weapons they created, and it took a rapid turn to change their eyes to a bloodshot red.
Immediately the Tutus enters through the veins, it seeks its way toward the heart. The moment it reaches the heart and rests there, it will be too late for the cure to work, no remedy would turn the victim back to human. It would remain there and eats into a person's being and mind, as he snarls, then changes into a bloodthirsty beast whose only quench to its endless thirst, was blood. Unless a remedy was given to control that bloodthirst, it would be unstoppable on its rampage until the only option left was to poke it once more with the TUTUS, for it to finally meet an agonizing end.
Nevertheless, Zach still got time to save the last of his survivor's race before it was too late, he reacted fast and cured all the survivors before the symptoms of their bloodthirst developed, and saved the remaining of his race. He also saved the women and children in the tomb Satharus had built, to experience a new beginning after the war.
Zach later led his race with his wisdom and strength, and once again, brought back the good old days of a peaceful prosperous Kindom.
A Princess who lost her parents even before the monstrous invasion, and was the only survivor after the invasion of Rene's Kingdom, was the daughter of Randerez Doez...Rosaline Doez. She was later given to Zach to marry so he could take his rightful place as the new king and joined both the Renegade Kingdom and the Dragonbreath Kingdom into one....which was now called the Angelic Kingdom.
Zach's kindest traits, as he was growing up, were a young honest man. He was nicknamed the angel. Therefore he instilled all his honesty and kind-heartedness into his people as its Ruler...Until their Kingdom became a peaceful contented place in which goodness always flows around, therefore the name Angelic Race.
Zach led the Kingdom to greater achievements since he became king, and now, he was going to finally be blessed with his first heir, as Queen Rosaline was currently in labor, after twenty years since their marriage.
No wonder every subject of his Kingdom couldn't help but be amazed at the miracle that was upon them, with the Queen's birth, and was eager to finally meet the mini version of another great future Ruler.
