Chapter 10 Heroes are useless

I am again inside the dark world where I first absorbed 72 souls, but this time right in front of there wasn't the same small green light, but there is what looks like a baseball-sized sun, emitting light making me able to see father than before, not like there is a lot to see in a dark world.

Not having much to do I walk towards what is supposed to be my soul and I move my hand to touch it.

As soon as my hand came in contact with the small sun a warm sensation spread all around my body, but the most surprising thing was the fact that I am currently gaining all the knowledge of the 4 villains, absorbing all the memories of 4 humans took a tall on my mind, but after I don't know how much time I was able to remove the useless memories from my mind and only leave behind the important ones.

I also discovered why they came here, and how they got inside, Izu had a quirk that made different types of poison come off his hand, he used that to fill the whole house with the narcotic drug, Izo had a quirk that made him a human-shaped EMP, Ize had a simply heightened eyesight quirk, and Iza had a quirk that made him able to partially change his body to the one of a tiger.

From Izu I absorbed the knowledge on how to use different types of knives and his knowledge about poison and things like that, from Izo I absorbed his knowledge about electronics and hacking, the other two didn't have any kind of important things.

They came to this house to try and kidnap Momo, while also raping her and selling some photos so of her body on the dark web.

They surely didn't expect that in the middle of a group of teens there would be a cold-hearted killer, but what if I wasn't here? What would have happened? I don't want to think about it, how could heroes not do anything.

As soon as that thought went through my mind, another memory pooped, this one was of Izu, in this memory he can be seen talking with a man and giving him some money, I recognized the man, he is the hero Turbo Master, his quirk is related to speed and there have already some accusation of him working with villains, but they all fell thanks to the help of the Hero agency he works for, so the accusation was real.

Without me noticing, for just a second, the color of my soul changed from green to dark red, and the heat it emitted rose to reach heights comparable to the actual sun, but since it is my soul I couldn't feel anything.

This second was enough to make my soul grow even stronger and larger.

Not having much to do I decided to train, shadow boxing, and rethinking of ways I could have defeated the group, kicking a certain point, slashing another.

Finally, I felt my body being pulled and I opened my body eyes, seeing a while rooftop.

On my left, Mina is cutting an apple and my mom is talking with her telling her that she should rest.

When both of them notice me having my eyes open mom immediately jumps towards me hugging me and making my soul come out of my body, not literally.

"M-Mom can you let me breathe," I said while patting her shoulder.

After a minute she finally let me breathe again, only to receive a punch from Mina on my arm.

" Ouch, what was that for?"

" You made me worried idiot, you slept more than anyone, and you were the one nearest to the bodies."

Maybe I should have just pretended to be unconscious but I wanted to be sure.

" For how long was I asleep?"

" Most people woke up when they were shaken by the police, but weren't we immediately brought you to the hospital, and apparently your brain was apparently of like it was working but at the same time wasn't, you slept for more than 8 hours, it currently is 5 am." Said my mom with a worried voice.

" I am sorry, I made the both of you worried, Mina you should go home, your mother must be worried sick, and you should also get some sleep, you look dead tired."

" I am not ti-" Before she could end she immediately fell asleep, fortunately, I was able to catch her before she could fall.

" Don't worry I will take care of her, just rest, for now, I will alert the doctor that you woke up."

After the two of them got out of the room, a few seconds later, the door opened again and a man and woman got inside.

I recognized them, Yagi and Rumi.

" It seems you are ok Izuku, I have to say though your luck seems to be very low, two days, two villain attacks." Said Yagu trying to lighten the mood.

"... let him be, the important thing is that nothing happened, and no one got hurt, are you able to train?" Asked Rumi.

" Rumi, he should rest, he experienced a tramau-"

Before he could finish I jumped out of the bed, showing that nothing is wrong with my body.

" I was waiting for you to ask."

" The kid seems fine, I can even say that he looks better than yesterday... unfortunately you won't be able to train until you get out of this place, too many eyes are in this place."

After those words, the door of the room opened again and the doctor arrived, with a nurse on his side.

" Izuku Midoriya, you should stay in bed, your body isn't ready for any type of extreme movement."

" If you check my body and nothing is wrong can I go out?"

" As if it could be right, your brain could have reported some damage, or your body might have weakened in some aspects."

With a lot of arrogance, the doctor decides to make do some tests, to check if any damage actually happened to my body.

After 2 hours, he couldn't find anything, no damage, no slowed reflexes, no slowed brain functions, nothing.

"... I guess we will just need to call your mother and warn her that she can pick you up."
