The Death and rebirth.

A young woman was walking down the street, the bags in her eyes were dark and her hair looking somewhat greasy. you could tell she didn't really take car of herself, she was also a tad underweight due to not eating properly.

Suddenly her phone rang, answering the call she heard one of her co-workers speak "Hey, Rachel, it's me Dan" she almost let out a sigh, she had just gotten out of work what more could they want?! The caller didn't wait for her to say anything and spoke "yeah the boss wants you back in here, apparently some intern deleted the emails you sent, gotta have you re-send em".

Rachel sighed she really did NOT want to go back there, she had just finished her shift and she knows if she goes back, they will make her do overtime.. yet again. Although she could do it at home, her boss is a bit too stupid to realize that. Who even hires someone for that position that doesn't even know how to work a computer properly?!

This wasn't the first time this happened, ''Mistakes'' like these were common, and she had not been getting much sleep nor enough time to watch anime which was the bigger problem of the two in her mind.

She really wanted to see the newest episode of One piece, one of her favourite animes although quite long it was an enjoyable watch to her.

There was also her cat waiting at home for her, of course, she knew that her roommate would take care of the cat until she got home but she really wanted to cuddle into the fluffy boi.

"Fine, I'll be there shortly" after saying this she ended the call and turned around, soon after reaching into her pocket grabbing a lollipop, she use to be a heavy smoker although she was able to quit it still haunts her and sometimes the cravings come back, she found lollipops to be a somewhat effective way to suppress the cravings.

After a few minutes of walking, she nearly reached her work building. She worked at a place called "Your convenience our pleasure" it was mostly a tech company focusing on numerous different spreads of services. Like food delivery and shipping, it was basically amazon although not as good. Mostly a jack of all trades.

Although when she got there it was, unusually quiet. It felt like if you were to drop a pin you would be able to hear it on the 3rd floor.

Perhaps it was just because it was almost closing, but the sinking gut feeling made her uneasy. A job is a job though so she walked through the main lobby what she saw though made her almost puke, the dead bodies of her co-workers laid across the floor a lot of fear on most of them, there were also looks of surprise and shock.

All of the bodies were shot, evident by the gun wounds on their bodies. She tried to run out of the building phone in hand, pressing 9-1-1 she started the call but a single shot rang out, its deafening sound reaching her ears as she falls to the ground.

The dispatcher's voice could be heard, although her ears rang so damn loud. Trying to process what happened, the pain suddenly kicked in full gear. Screaming out in pain trying desperately to hold the wound although it wouldn't do much to stop the bleeding it was the only thing she could remember to do at the moment.

She was cold and hot at the same time, she couldn't feel her body much anymore the only thing reminder her that she is still alive is the pain.

As she was losing consciousness she heard sirens in the distance, a glimmer of hope as she went under…

She awoke in a bed not of her own, looking forward was a dirty mirror that was shattered in some places, a shock ran through her body as she looked forward seeing that this was not her original body..
